● Independent management and customer development ability.

Regional institutional policy

According to the population and per capita consumption level, the national market is divided into four categories, namely, a class of cities; Second-class cities; Three types of cities; Four types of cities (other county-level cities).

1. Collect corresponding agency fees and deposits according to different regional categories.

First-class city: 500,000 yuan (deposit: 6,543,800 yuan+10,000 yuan)

Second-class city: 300,000 yuan (deposit 60,000 yuan)

Third-tier cities: 6,543,800 yuan (deposit of 30,000 yuan)

Fourth-class cities: 50,000 yuan (deposit: 6,543,800 yuan+0,000 yuan)

Note: The agency fees charged by the above four cities do not include the equipment fees of self-operated stores.

Single store franchise fee:

The down payment is 6.5438+0.5 million yuan (paid once every three years during the contract period).

Note: The joining fee for a single store in the above four regions is unified, and the deposit for a single store is collected by the head office.

2. The first store in the region must be the self-operated store of the regional agent, that is, the model store (the equipment of the self-operated store needs to be purchased from the headquarters, see annex 1 for details).

3. Regional agents need to purchase the "Opening Support" from the headquarters (see Annex 2 for details), and the agents will deliver it to the single stores in their respective regions free of charge (the equipment costs delivered to the single stores are included in the franchise fees paid by the single stores).

4. According to different regional categories, after reaching the number of regional basic stores, after deducting the opening support fee, the headquarters will take the remaining 40% and the regional agents will take the remaining 60%.

The contract must be signed at the headquarters. After signing the contract, the agent will send relevant personnel to the headquarters for unified free training according to different city categories, and other expenses (such as room and board) incurred during the training period will be borne by the agent. According to different city categories, the number of trainees required by the headquarters is shown in Table 3.

6. The headquarters directly distributes goods to regional agents, who are responsible for distributing equipment and raw materials to franchisees, and regional agents are responsible for service support such as installation, commissioning and operation management after opening.

Note: Location of regional agents: service system for market development, equipment transfer, material distribution and market operation in this region after paying agency fees and security deposit.

Profit point of the agent:

1, charging the joining fee for the number of basic stores in this area (60% after the number of basic stores);

2. rebate of 15% of the total sales of raw materials (except commercial ice cream);

3. One year after signing the contract, 50% of the brand use fee of the single-store franchise store will be shared.

Note: the freight of the agent delivery is borne by itself.

Can the goods be adjusted or returned

According to the actual operation, the goods can be adjusted and returned. However, goods with short shelf life cannot be returned, and agents are required to fully consider their own inventory and consumption power when ordering.

How to deal with the deposit

The deposit is collected by the head office, and the original amount will be returned when the cooperation between the regional agent and the head office is completed (that is, no longer cooperation) and there is no breach of contract.
