First, give housing subsidies. In order to support the demand for just-needed and improved housing, from the date of public release of this policy to June 30, 2023, the buyers who buy new commercial housing (excluding second-hand commercial housing) in our district will be given a housing subsidy of 1% of the contract price with the deed tax invoice after obtaining the later immovable property certificate.
Second, optimize the admission policy. If the owner purchases new commercial housing (excluding second-hand commercial housing) and obtains the certificate of immovable property right before the annual enrollment policy plan of our district is issued, from 2023 onwards, the freshmen of their children's preschool education and compulsory education can apply for admission (not moving into the household registration) in the teaching area (or service area) where the real estate is located, and the district education bureau will make overall arrangements. If the property owner's household registration is outside the province, the district education bureau will make overall arrangements.
3. Preferential loan interest rate. Promote market recovery and guide commercial banks to provide preferential interest rate loans for commercial individual housing to those who just need and improve housing.
