Article 2 The basic service scope of the application center

2.3 Entrusted by the embassy or consulate to collect biological information such as fingerprints, collect and remit visa fees, and return passports and visas to customers on behalf of the embassy or consulate.
2.4 According to the requirements of the embassy or consulate, timely release and transmit relevant visa policy information through the website, the information desk in the reception hall, telephone, fax or email.
2.5 The application center hereby declares that the government functions related to visa application approval, visa refusal and visa production belong to the exclusive authority of the embassy or consulate, and the application center does not bear any legal responsibility.
3. 1 The customer knows and hereby confirms that the application center does not participate in the examination and approval procedures for Chinese visas, and the embassy or consulate decides whether to issue visas, what kind of visas to issue, and the validity period, stay period and entry times of the visas according to the relevant laws and regulations of China; Regardless of whether the embassy or consulate approves the visa application of the customer, the customer must pay the application service fee to the application center, which is non-refundable.
3.2 Customers can consult the application center through the website or telephone. Customers should know that the unofficial organization of the application center provides free consultation to customers based on their unilateral understanding of customer problems and limited information, aiming at helping customers apply for visas. Under no circumstances should it be understood as making any promises, guarantees or undertaking other legal obligations to customers.
3.3 The customer shall submit the customer information required for visa application to the application center, and ensure that all the information is true, reliable and complete. Customers should know and agree that just because the application center accepts customer data does not mean that these customer data are enough. In any case, the embassy or consulate has the right to ask the customer to supplement the customer information it deems necessary or ask the applicant to come to the embassy or consulate for an interview.
3.4 When obtaining the evidence form issued by the application center, the customer should carefully check its contents to ensure that it is correct. If any errors are found, the customer should inform the application center in time, and the application center will correct them as soon as possible.
3.5 After receiving the visa, the customer should check the contents of the visa to ensure that it is correct. If any mistakes are found, the customer should inform the application center in time, and the application center will try its best to assist the customer to modify or renew the visa. The customer knows that if the contents of the visa record are incorrect due to the customer's own reasons, then modifying or updating the visa will generate new expenses.
3.6 In order to ensure the safety and quality of service, the application center has installed a network monitoring system and a telephone recording system to record and save the customer's behavior in the application center and the telephone content with the application center. Customer hereby acknowledges and agrees to accept the above arrangement.
3.7 Unless otherwise notified by the application center, the customer shall obtain a passport visa before the expiration of the validity period of the visa; The application center that fails to receive it within the time limit will no longer undertake the obligation of custody; When the visa expires, or 365 days after the embassy or consulate makes a decision to issue or refuse the visa, the application center has the right to submit relevant documents to the embassy or consulate, which will return them to the competent government department of the passport issuing country.
Article 4 Use and protection of personal information
4. 1 The customer hereby agrees and confirms that personal information submitted to the application center through the Internet directly or by entrusting a third party can be collected, transmitted, stored, processed and used in accordance with the provisions of this article.
4.2 In order to process the customer's visa application, the application center should collect relevant customer personal information through the application materials submitted by the customer and input it into the system.
4.3 The application center will collect customers' personal information by telephone, e-mail, fax and application materials (including passports and photos, technical equipment, online form filling system, online reservation system and monitoring system).
4.4 Personal information will be submitted to the embassy or consulate through special channels of the application center, and may be transmitted and stored in countries other than the customer's country of residence (such as China).
4.5 Personal information, including video recording, telephone recording, electronic information, etc. If necessary (such as the requirements of relevant local government departments or internal service supervision), it can be extracted and used by the application center. .
4.6 Paper materials provided by customers will be kept by embassies and consulates. The application center will store customer information in physical or electronic form, and take reasonable management measures to prevent the leakage and unauthorized use of customer information to ensure its correctness.
4.9 The application center will take all reasonable measures to protect the safety of customers' personal information and certificates, but will not bear the consequences caused by force majeure, accidents and theft. Is in the process of being sent to and retrieved from the embassy or consulate.
Article 5: Responsibility
5. 1 If the passport submitted by the customer is lost or damaged during storage in the application center, the application center will bear the relevant reasonable expenses paid by the applicant when applying to the national passport management department through normal procedures, and the application center will pay the expenses after receiving the relevant payment vouchers provided by the applicant, but this agreement does not mean that the application center needs to bear any responsibilities.
5.2 The customer shall reasonably arrange the time for submitting the visa application according to the travel plan. Under any circumstances, the application center will not be responsible for the inappropriate time for customers to submit visa applications, or the visa approval results of embassies and consulates have any impact on customers' travel plans.
5.3 If the customer chooses to submit a visa application by mail, or requests the application center to return the passport and visa approved by the embassy or consulate by mail, the application center will not be responsible for the damage or loss of any documents caused by mail delay, delivery error or reasons not attributable to the application center.
5.4 Within the scope permitted by law, the application center does not accept any other express or implied conditions and guarantees related to visa application services except those stipulated in this agreement. When these exclusions are excluded by law, and it is considered that some conditions or guarantees are implied in these terms (hereinafter referred to as "implied terms"), the application center only bears limited liability for the acts that violate these "implied terms", and has the right to choose one or more of the following ways to bear responsibility:
(1 Provide related application services; or
(2) Expenses incurred from re-application; or
(3) Related service fees paid by customers to domestic administrative departments or institutions (proof of payment is required.
5.5 The client acknowledges and agrees that the application center will not be responsible for indirect, unexpected, specific (or/and joint) losses claimed by the client or others through the client, or losses in opportunities, business, goodwill and business suspension, whether these losses are related to visa application services or not, and whether these losses are caused by mistakes, negligence or mistakes of the management, staff, employees or representatives of the application center.
5.6 The above provisions shall apply to the laws of the place where the application center is located. Any lawsuit related to visa application service shall be submitted to the court where the application center is located for jurisdiction and trial.
Article 6 Other clauses
6. 1 The application center may modify, cancel or withdraw part or all of the terms without prior notice. If you don't agree to the change of relevant terms, the customer can refuse the service provided by the application center.
6.2 The customer agrees and confirms that he has read, understood and agreed to accept all the terms of this agreement.
