Review my work experience of this month and a half. Although there are tears and pains, the most is experience and gains. I remember the first day I entered the company and was arranged to study with an office clerk. Really, the first day was the hardest. With the change from school to social environment, people around have completely changed their roles. Teachers become bosses, classmates become colleagues, and they get along in completely different ways. Only those who have experienced it personally can understand your invisible feelings. Fortunately, the girls in the dormitory are very kind to me. They told me that their first job experience began with being looked down upon, and they came from doing odd jobs. They advised me to hold on and keep coming. The first job I came into contact with was recruitment. I'm still a novice at work, but I'm a little nervous and excited when recruiting people.
Our company mainly makes shoes, and there are many proper terms about shoes that I have never come into contact with before, so there are many jobs that I am not familiar with, such as the inspection and inspection of bags made by development department, car bags, molded products of quality department and sewing machines; General warehouse drawing and blanking, etc. I have heard a lot about these jobs in the footwear industry and asked more questions, so I naturally understand something. More people signed up, and I found a difference, that is, the difference between the north and the south. In the south, most people go out to look for jobs at the age of xx. Even in our office, there are two xx-year-old girls who have been working for one year. In the north, most xx have just graduated from university and entered the society. Young people looking for jobs from the north to the south are older and less experienced. So in order to integrate into the fast-paced society in the south as soon as possible, I will try to absorb everything here with a more humble attitude.
After working for a few days, the leader gave some affirmation to my work performance and attitude, and gave me some tasks that I could complete independently. For example, it is a piece of cake for me to send the documents to the leaders of various departments or an employee for signature, but at that time, it was really fatal. There are many departments and employees in xx company. Which departments, where and what are the vice presidents in charge of, who are the department heads and who are the employees? I'm confused, and I have to send them that pile of documents.
I remember the first day, the girl in the office gave me an overview of the company. What she heard was not her own, and what she saw was not her own. Only what she does is her own. So this time I have to ask myself, my colleagues in my office and clerks in various departments. At the end of the day, I finally sent out all the documents in my hand. Although the efficiency was a little low, the task was successfully completed. However, I have gained a lot. I know all the supervisors and clerks in each department, and the staff also know roughly which documents should be sent to which leaders and which documents should be sent to the department clerks for their own distribution. I can distinguish them independently. What you do is always your own!
Through practice, I have deepened my understanding of personnel work, enriched my practical management knowledge, and made me have a certain perceptual and rational understanding of daily office administration. It is realized that to do a good job in daily enterprise administration, we should not only pay attention to the study of management theory knowledge, but also closely combine practice with theory. At school, I majored in administration and took elective courses such as secretarial science, human resource management and office automation. The theoretical courses of these schools have been applied in practice here. How to answer the phone, how to receive guests, etc. Is all knowledge secretarial? Personnel recruitment, training, performance appraisal, etc. It is the knowledge that human resource management has learned; Do excel forms, word documents and files, and learn the knowledge of office automation. Therefore, the knowledge learned in school is not useless to society as some people say, but depends on whether you can use it. School theory, social practice. As long as you learn to integrate theory with practice, what you learn at school will not be in vain.
It is inevitable that you will feel a little hard when you join the work for the first time. Go to work at eight o'clock every morning and get off work at nine o'clock in the evening. Because it is a private enterprise, it only has a single day off and often works overtime. In addition, I am used to living in the warm heating in the north in winter, so it is difficult for me to adapt to the rainy weather in the south for more than half a month, and I often can't sleep at midnight. Repeating the tedious work every day is easy to get bored after a long time. However, the work should be simple and not sloppy. A small mistake may bring great trouble or loss to the company, but it must be done seriously. I once thought about giving up, but I must restrain myself from thinking about not coming to work at will.
When encountering difficulties, learn to adjust your mentality to relieve stress and face difficulties. The ancients said: "If the sky falls on the Sri Lankan people, they must first suffer their minds, their bones and muscles, starve their bodies, empty their bodies, confuse their actions, and get what they can't do." When encountering difficulties, we should calmly analyze, always maintain a confident and optimistic attitude, learn to comfort ourselves, tolerate setbacks, be open-minded and optimistic. We should be good at turning pressure into motivation and changing the depressed state in our hearts, so that we can relax physically and mentally, strive for success again, and let our eyes face the future. With this belief, I persisted and successfully completed the internship task. All along, we rely on our parents' income. Only after work did I know that my parents worked hard to earn money, so I was also consciously cultivating my financial management ability.
In order to better consolidate my existing knowledge and learn skills, I went to xx Company as an intern, working as an administrative clerk in the office and there.
During the internship, I came into contact with some office supplies, such as fax machines, shredders, printers, scanners and so on. , and mastered the basic operation of these machines and the basic situation of the company office. At the same time, I also learned a lot more useful things during this period.
When I started my internship, I was a little nervous when I first entered a strange environment, and I didn't know what to do. It was the friendly smiles of my colleagues that eased my embarrassment. Everyone is very polite, regardless of size, we should say thank you.
As an administrative clerk, my task is trivial and complicated. My teacher taught me to do things in an orderly way. It's easier said than done. Send faxes, receive letters, sort out waste paper and use it every day. There are many things to do at hand. Of course, at this time, we should put the important things in the first place and put everything in good order. So it won't be messy. It happens that the company is expanding recently and there are many faxes. "Prioritize and be organized" is the key to doing a good job. This internship has deepened my understanding of this sentence.
Internship is my first lesson before entering the society, which teaches me how to treat people and how to deal with all kinds of things. Although in a short period of xx months, I can only see one side of the work and learn some preliminary methods, but these are very important to me.
This internship tells me that I am still a primary school student in this university, and I still have a long way to go. With a modest and prudent attitude, we should conscientiously accomplish everything, no matter how big or small, and take every step well.
Through internship, I am confident that I can go on better in the future!
Time flies, xx months of internship has been successfully concluded. Looking back, there are joy and excitement after success, as well as loss and helplessness after frustration. Under the inculcation of the masters, I have gained business skills, and at the same time my heart has grown imperceptibly.
Facing the new environment and new customers, I feel a little nervous. In the seemingly busy and busy work, I began to remember the word "customer", because I knew that customers were our customers, and I began to realize the true meaning of "smile service".
This internship is mainly administrative. At the same time, learn the same business. The first few weeks are mainly watching. Began to arrange for me to study in the finance department. I started by sorting out the invoices. Although it seems that the process can be explained in one sentence, the actual operation is not as smooth as running water, and the details revealed in it are by no means forgotten hastily. I started with coding and gradually became familiar with the whole operation process. But gradually with the improvement of proficiency, the number of mistakes decreased, from which I also got my own experience. As our supervisor said, "what the finance department needs is not extraordinary intelligence, but carefulness and patience." Indeed, financial work is a seemingly simple but highly precise work, which requires more patience and care. So I have been cultivating this ability. At the beginning, I made mistakes in almost everything I did every day, but with the help and guidance of my colleagues, I have gradually changed from making mistakes frequently to making fewer mistakes, making fewer mistakes and trying not to make mistakes. I regard every mistake as a warning to myself and a checkpoint to success. I don't refuse to make mistakes in life. What matters is the correct attitude towards mistakes and introspection afterwards.
Thanks to the trust of my boss and colleagues, I had my own fixed desk in less than a month. Although there are not many businesses, I gradually cultivate my ability of concentration and carefulness in some simple businesses. Because I think business can be learned, but character needs to be cultivated and shaped slowly. This requires a process, but also a kind of perseverance.
Xx months passed quickly, but what left me was not only the improvement of my business skills, but also a spiritual assimilation and inspiration. At the same time, the end of internship is a new beginning. At a new starting point, I will re-examine myself, constantly recharge myself, improve my business ability and strengthen my skills training, so that I can reach a new height at the original level.
