When I was a substitute teacher, my basic salary for one month was 1400, plus the head teacher's fee, 1600. After working for a year, I ate less and used less, and saved more than 10 thousand, all of which were spent on tourism. The next year, I couldn't stand the salary and went to the city to find another way out. It's hard to work three jobs, but I don't seem to have saved much money. When I was a substitute, I had to do a lot of work. At that time, teachers were still at work for recuperation, so there were classes around them until they fainted. Things are constantly going on at ordinary times, and life is under great pressure. The most difficult thing is that wages are not equal. Taking a meager salary and doing the most tiring work is self-evident. At that time, I secretly told myself that I would be admitted and become a formal teacher.
So, after only one semester that year, I went home to prepare for the exam. There is no salary during the preparation period, and my mother often dislikes me not going to work. I can only bear it with all my strength. Hard work will pay off in the end. Finally, I became a full-time teacher and started my teaching career.
When I entered the profession of teacher, I began to realize the pain and joy of being a teacher, and also realized that every profession has its own difficulties. In this industry, I have to bear all kinds of pressures, but I have also gained the happiness of a person who belongs to this profession.
Bitter:
1. Long working hours
I go to work at seven in the morning and get off work at five in the afternoon. After that, I have to prepare lessons, change jobs and study. The real time to get off work is basically from ten to eleven. Watch lunch break at noon, study at night, and study at night in junior high school. In short, school time is by no means a teacher's time. Coupled with weekends and winter and summer vacations, duty, training, lesson preparation and study occupy most of the time, and there is not much time to really stay and relax.
There are many chores
When we are teachers, we are often faced with plans that can't keep up with changes. Fill in various forms, consult materials, attend lectures temporarily, participate in research, hold meetings, clean up before inspection, and so on. In a word, it is impossible to arrange everything according to your time. I often think that after these classes, I will have a good rest, and the result is always difficult to achieve. No matter when, there will always be all kinds of chores waiting for you, except facing it.
3. The pressure of teaching achievement
Students' grades are linked to the teacher's assessment. But I didn't really care. The most real thing is that it's useless for me to take care of it. The principal takes care of it and the leader takes care of it, so we have to spend a lot of time on students' grades and try our best to improve them. The foundation of the third grade children taught last year is poor, so they need to improve slowly and cultivate their interest and ability in learning. However, the final exam does not allow us to take our time, so we have to let the children study at night to make up the difference, and often scold them for not being able to do the problem. Without this pressure, everything would be much happier. But this mountain is on every teacher.
4. External prejudice
Parents always feel that teachers are relaxed. After a few classes, the rest of the time can be freely controlled. The fact is that teachers have to prepare lessons, attend various meetings and hand in all kinds of materials. In short, there is really not much time to rest. In addition, parents often say: teacher, I leave my child in your charge, and you can scold or beat. But when children are really taught, parents can't help but get angry. Maybe I will be interviewed by the Education Bureau the next day. Since the implementation of the "double reduction" policy, the burden on our shoulders has also increased, and our responsibilities have increased instead of decreasing.
So far, I can't describe one tenth of what I have experienced as a teacher. We're in a torrent. There's nothing we can do. Whenever this time, I often comfort myself: it will get better and better! All the hardships are flowers blooming on the road tomorrow. Being a teacher is hard, but it is also very interesting.
1. Smile often.
Chatting with several girls who live on campus at night, girls are so cute that they can't help laughing happily when chatting. Speaking of getting up early, Jia Min has a watch. She wakes up the girls in her roommate and the classmates next door every day. Let's give a hand to the excellent Jia Min. I invited several students to talk about mobile phones. At first, they felt unhappy. When I declared that I only cared about things, not people, their hearts began to approach and their smiles began to spread again. Children are probably the most willing to share. Looking at their smiling faces and chatting with them is the most stress-relieving thing.
2. Harvest a grateful heart
To tell the truth, I didn't receive any gifts or meaningful gifts on Teachers' Day in previous years. But this year, I was surprised. I am full of gratitude for receiving gifts made by students. In their busy study and life, they spend time making greeting cards and giving them to their teachers. I really couldn't help crying when I saw the beautiful greeting cards and warm words. Love is mutual. When I give my students love and acceptance, they also give me love and gratitude. These children show me that every child is lovely, and their warmth often wraps me and warms me.
3. Keep learning.
To be a teacher, the most important thing is lifelong learning. Nowadays, the society is changing every day. Without teachers' own progress, it is difficult to strengthen the pace of society. Therefore, learning and progress have become the immediate needs of teachers' growth. When I first became a teacher, I was most worried about whether the class was good or not and whether the leader liked me. I seldom read books, spend a lot of time on work and watching plays, and make little progress. I don't know why, but I suddenly realize that I need to learn and make progress. Read books, attend classes, learn from famous teachers and start writing. My reading volume has gradually increased from one or two sporadic books to seven or eight books a month. Writing is also a day-to-day persistence. I firmly believe that it is good for me, so I stick to it. As a teacher, you can grow up with your students and constantly improve yourself. Teaching knowledge is very deep, so we should keep learning and dig deeper to make ourselves wiser and calmer.
4. Share your thoughts and feelings.
I like to share my story and life with students. I love to say it, and they love to hear it. This is really a great blessing in life. My life, my experience, my thoughts and my experience can be shared and communicated with students through the classroom. Bits of sharing may leave ripples in their hearts and point out the direction for their lives. My communication with students comes from each other's sincerity. I showed myself completely, but they treated me like this. This sharing means a lot to each other.
The campus is like an ivory tower, with laughter and sadness. But more, it belongs to the sincerity and purity of children. I am fortunate to be a teacher and have experienced ups and downs. There are also tiredness and annoyance, as well as happiness and happiness. But I know it will pass. The important thing is to keep your initial heart, accompany your children to grow up and let yourself grow up!
