Article 4: Party A's responsibilities

Article 5: Party B's responsibilities

2. Do a good job of shutdown and maintenance of machinery. In case of mechanical failure during construction, it should be repaired in time. If the main fault cannot be repaired, the equipment should be replaced within 48 hours.
3. Strictly follow the mixture ratio provided by Party A and obey the supervision of Party A. ..
4. The person in charge must be present in order to get in touch with Party A and coordinate the work at the beginning of each mixing.
5. In case of pipe blockage during concrete transportation, Party B shall dredge the pipe in time.

Article 6: Technology and Quality Assurance
1. Party A is responsible for the test of test blocks.
2. Party B must operate in strict accordance with the mixture ratio provided by Party A, and shall not change the mixture ratio by itself, otherwise all losses shall be borne by Party B. The maximum horizontal distance and vertical height pumped by Party B shall not be less than 250m and 60m respectively.
3. The output of Party B's concrete pumped to each construction surface of each project shall be not less than 200m3 for eight hours a day and not less than 500m3 for twenty-four hours a day.
Article 7: Safety matters
Party B's personnel shall abide by the operation specifications, carry out civilized construction and safe production according to the requirements of Party A's on-site construction, and abide by the rules and regulations stipulated by Party A. Party A shall not be responsible for all safety accidents caused by operation.
Article 8: Breach of Contract
If Party A withdraws Party B's equipment without reason, Party A will unconditionally compensate Party B for 60,000 yuan. If Party B withdraws personnel and equipment without Party A's consent, Party B will unconditionally pay Party A 60,000 yuan.
Article 9: Matters not covered in this contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation, and the supplementary agreement shall have the same legal effect as this contract.
