Tangshan Friendship Middle School, formerly known as Tangshan No.13 Middle School, was founded in 199 1. In July, with the approval of Tangshan Education Commission, 1998 was transformed into a "state-owned private" school and renamed as "Tangshan Friendship Middle School", becoming the first state-owned private junior middle school in the city.
Tangshan Friendship Middle School, a boarding school, belongs to lunan district Education Bureau.
