Pucheng county, belonging to Weinan City, Shaanxi Province, is located in the northeast of Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi Province, bordering Dali County and Chengcheng County in the east; Fuping county in the west; Baishui county and Tongchuan city in the north; South of Linwei District.
