Anyone who meets the requirements for handling relevant certificates and wants to receive services such as handling certificates, information inquiry, policy consultation, complaints and suggestions through the Internet can obtain registration qualification and become a user of this platform.
Registration information
When registering information in Henan Population and Family Planning Online Convenience Service Center, users should implement the real-name registration system in accordance with the requirements of laws, regulations and related agreements, accurately fill in and provide relevant information in time, such as name, e-mail, ID number, contact telephone number and other information, so that the platform or staff can contact effectively. If they can't get in touch with them through these contact methods, they should bear any losses in the process of using platform services.
User password
After obtaining the registration qualification, Henan Population and Family Planning Online Convenience Service Center will provide the unique user name and password of this platform. Users can change their passwords after obtaining the platform account.

In line with the relevant policy conditions, apply for and cancel the one-child birth certificate for permanent residents and two-child birth certificates for floating population, one-child birth certificate for floating population across provinces, certificate of honor for parents of only children, application for establishment and change of technical service institutions, application and verification of practice license for technical service institutions, and processing and verification of certificate for technical service personnel online.
2. Download the application form for the above services or approval items online;
3. Fill in all kinds of application forms online;
4. Inquire about the policy conditions, progress, status and other information of the bidding project online;
5. Feedback the service quality of offices and personnel online, or make complaints and suggestions.
