2. Price policy

B the cooperation of regional agents shall be conducted according to the delivery standard of product price grade. As follows:

1) The delivery quantity of single products with the agent price below 40 yuan/piece (including 40 yuan) shall be no less than 200 boxes in each batch.

2) The delivery quantity of each batch of single products between 40-10 yuan/piece shall not be less than 100 cases.

3) The delivery quantity of single product with unit price of 100 Yuan/piece shall be no less than 60 boxes in each batch.

Sales tasks are made according to the level of the customer's region.

2.5 million yuan/year at the provincial level, 600,000 yuan/year at the municipal level (except megacities with a population of more than 5 million) and 300,000 yuan/year at the county level. The specific tasks are based on the actual situation of local consumption potential.

C. The initial quotation for the quantity of single items ordered by regional distributors is required to be 50- 100 boxes, and the first delivery quantity shall not be less than 100 boxes (up to 3 pieces can be delivered in combination).

3. Incentive policy

Adhering to the policy support provided by foreign manufacturers for over-sales incentives, our company will provide year-end sales incentives for our partners. In order to encourage the long-term development of partners and put an end to short-term behavior, sales incentives are based on annual sales.

A. Partners who set annual sales evaluation targets

Complete the agreed annual sales target 100% and 3% of the total reward amount; If the annual sales target 100% is achieved, the excess will be rewarded by 5%.

B. Partners who have not set annual sales evaluation targets.

The reward amount is converted into product cash, which will be cashed after the first quarter of the following year after the first purchase. This award will not be repeated or accumulated.

4. Payment settlement and transportation

The company adopts cash spot settlement and delivers the goods within 1-3 working days after receiving the payment.

5. Return and exchange

If damage occurs during transportation, the customer must submit the details of the damaged goods in writing to the carrier for confirmation within 3 days after receiving the goods, and then inform us. After verification, we will replace it in the form of exchange.

For the problem that the first batch of products are unsalable, the company will first assist the agent in promoting sales. If sales don't improve, you can change to other products with the same value, and the logistics cost will be borne by the agent.

For other batches of products, if there is no quality or transportation damage, the company will not return them.

Third, sales support.

1. Support for promotional products is limited to regional agents and distributors, and the maximum support for promotional products can reach 3% of each delivery amount.

2. The company regularly holds wine knowledge lectures, wine culture salons and wine tasting activities, and excellent agents and distributors can participate for free. The company is responsible for hosting or appointing sales elites to participate in the training of the company.

3. The company selects the outstanding partners of the year, gives material rewards or rewards in the form of tourism, or goes to foreign sightseeing wineries.

4. Cooperate with agents to promote wine brands and culture, product launches, promotional receptions, cultural salons and other promotional activities in the local area in the form of cooperation.

5. Media advertising support. According to the customer's market sales progress, the company promotes the brand wine appropriately according to the plan and proportional expenses. The company promotes the brand image in alcohol consumption media to improve the visibility and reputation of products and enterprises.

6. The regional market is equipped with professional sales elites to help develop and maintain the market.

Fourth, cooperation and joining.

1. According to the requirements of customers, the company will launch the alliance service of "Zhongli Wine Cellar" and "Zhongli Wine Club". The company will unify its image planning, standardize its operation and management, and provide perfect operation procedures, image recognition and service standards.

2. According to the cooperation conditions, the company provides corresponding support. If it is a design, support part of the decoration cost (through sponsoring wine). Or supporting wine set, opening to support sample wine.

3. Professional sommeliers will guide or train wine culture knowledge.

4. Follow up after-sales service to ensure that customers have no worries about sales. Regional representatives are responsible for promoting and cooperating with sales.

5. Customer resources in the region can be transferred to franchisees for subsequent sales.

6. Other requirements of franchise stores

A. Within two months after signing the contract, establish a standard single store or community store with an area of not less than 40 square meters, and the area of counters and shops in the store is not less than 20 square meters;

B. Without the consent of Zhongli Liquor Industry, franchisees shall not sell products not provided by Zhongli Liquor Industry.
