What does intelligent building design and system integration mean?

There are many sayings about intelligent buildings. BAS is a comprehensive system that integrates the power, lighting, air conditioning, water supply and drainage, elevators, disaster prevention, security, garage management and other equipment or systems in a building or building, with the purpose of centralized monitoring, control and management. Its purpose is to make the building a safe, healthy, comfortable and warm living environment and efficient working environment, and to ensure the economy and intelligent management of the system operation. Building automation system (BAS) is a monitoring system for equipment in buildings, including some public safety systems (PSS). Building automation system, building automation system, building control system and environmental equipment monitoring system (EMS).

The integration of public safety system and building equipment monitoring system can completely depend on building management system (BMS), which is an integrated management system of building equipment monitoring system and public safety system. In fact, Building Equipment Management System (BMS) is a generalized BAS.

The way to realize building intelligence is to use intelligent integrated system (IIS). Intelligent integrated system integrates intelligent building systems with different functions through a unified information platform to form a system with comprehensive functions such as information collection, resource sharing and optimal management. In fact, IIS is equivalent to the previous Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS).

Now, judging whether a building has the characteristics of intelligent building depends on whether it has the system integration of IBMS. This is a very important judgment condition. Another important premise is that the synchronous construction of information engineering cannot be ignored while doing this project well. A successful IBMS system integration will bring its remarkable economic advantages into play in many aspects of management, which of course has a great relationship with the scientific and technological quality of users.

IBMS integrates all subsystems into an "organic" unified system, with standardized interfaces, information exchange and communication protocol conversion among subsystems, and realizes functional integration in five aspects: information integration and comprehensive management of all subsystems, centralized monitoring and control of all subsystems, global event management and process automation management. Finally, the functions of centralized monitoring, control and comprehensive management are realized.

From the perspective of integration level, system integration can be divided into three levels: the first level is the vertical integration of subsystems, aiming at realizing the specific functions of each subsystem. For the building equipment monitoring system, when the thermal system, refrigeration system, air conditioning system, water supply and drainage system, electric power system, lighting control system and elevator management system adopt their own professional monitoring systems, they are connected to the building equipment monitoring system through communication interfaces.

The second level is horizontal integration, which is mainly reflected in the linkage and optimal combination of each subsystem. On the basis of establishing the importance of each subsystem, the regenerative functions such as coordinated and optimized operation of several key subsystems and alarm linkage control are realized. Integrated safety management system is the horizontal integration of subsystems under the security technology prevention system, and the horizontal integration of BMS is more complicated.

The third level is integration, that is, on the basis of horizontal integration, an intelligent integrated system (IIS) is established, that is, an integrated monitoring and management system is established to realize network integration, function integration and software interface integration. It constitutes the highest level of system integration in intelligent buildings. System integration based on building equipment monitoring system platform and system integration based on subsystem equality are two common means of system integration at present.
