The company is mainly engaged in sales of Wujinjiaodian, electronic products, instruments and meters, auto parts, computer hardware and software, communication equipment, office supplies, daily necessities, clothing, cosmetics, kitchen utensils, washing and cleaning supplies, business information consultation, conference services, exhibitions and corporate image planning.
Third, the training content
(A) Information collation and communication
In general enterprises, the office is a comprehensive management department, which essentially serves other professional departments, so the administrative work is more complicated. The most important thing in the office is to organize the documents. Every day, the general manager sends different documents, which also need to be sorted out by our office and then transmitted to various departments. Moreover, we have to archive these documents electronically and in paper form every day, which requires great care and patience. Organizing documents seems like a trivial matter, and it is learned. The quantity is vast, and we can learn a lot of valuable practical experience through sorting, binding, unpacking and coding.
(ii) Meeting arrangements
Filing can be said to be the most basic work in the office. In addition, our administrative staff will arrange company meetings. A small company like xxx Trading Co., Ltd. doesn't have many meetings, usually twice a week. It meets on Friday to summarize the week and then meets on Sunday to arrange the work for the week. We don't need to arrange such a routine meeting. We are mainly responsible for the time arrangement, location arrangement, meeting notice, venue layout of the company's large-scale meetings and discussing with the general manager's secretary to arrange the meeting process. I only met such a meeting once during my training. Arrange the company meeting from the aspects of location, time, personnel and process. It needs careful consideration and proper arrangement by administrative personnel.
Retirement management
My training time in xxx trading company happened to be in a period when the economic situation was relatively cold, so I didn't have the opportunity to participate in the company's personnel recruitment. However, due to the economic crisis, the company was greatly affected, so it made small-scale layoffs. In this regard, our managers usually manage personnel files, so if someone leaves, we will also undertake the management of resignation and retirement accordingly. Employees' files are the most important to them, so we are very cautious about the management and filing of files. Generally, the office leaders who fill in the work will not give it to the students. We just do some auxiliary work in this area.
(4) Travel arrangements
In small companies, executives also undertake some entertainment arrangements of the company. Because my training was at the end of the year, I was lucky enough to participate in the year-end tourism activities organized by the company. At the end of the year, in order to reward employees and make greater contributions to the company in the coming year, the company will organize a trip to nearby cities. In this tourism activity, the administrative staff should first count the employees, the number of people who take part in the company's tourism, the investigation of tourist attractions, the management and distribution of tourism funds, and the safety of personnel. A seemingly simple travel activity does include many considerations and arrangements of our administrative staff.
Fourth, practical experience.
1, there is no end to learning. Before I came to the company, I had high expectations for myself, thinking that I could start working soon. I didn't realize that practice and theory are two different things. What's more, I found that some knowledge I learned in school has fallen behind in the practice of the company. The staff of the company are very diligent, conscientious when they go to work, and recharge themselves after work. As a member who is about to enter the society, I should always be ready to learn. 2. Calm, serious and rigorous. In fact, this kind of experience is the direction that many other professions, even being a man, should strive for. Modern society is changing rapidly, and it is not easy to keep a calm and serious style in such a rapidly changing society. Not everyone, including my training unit, can do this in the face of any unexpected situation. However, as a college student who aims to engage in the logistics industry after graduation, he should cultivate his own quality in this respect from the time he goes to school. Calm, earnest and rigorous can't be cultivated overnight, and it's not the cognitive quality that you can have when you take several etiquette elective courses when you are about to graduate. We should start from getting along with people every day, and make calmness and seriousness a part of us, not a simple skill.
3. Good interpersonal relationship is the beginning of success. Interpersonal relationship is a big problem that many college students have just stepped out of society. In fact, not only college students, but also many people who have worked for many years are troubled by people and power outages. There are many books about how to deal with interpersonal relationships now. I also borrowed some books in this field when I was at school, but I didn't get much, which may be the reason why I felt shallow after talking on paper. In fact, my interpersonal relationship at school is ok, but I know very well that the relationship between colleagues will definitely not be as simple as that between classmates now, and it will definitely be more complicated. Chatting with seniors at work can not only relax your nerves, but also learn a lot of things outside of work. This is the whole local unified monitoring system, and I am mainly responsible for inputting the basic information of items and materials in this system. This task seems simple, but in fact it is complicated and time-consuming. The department has few staff and many tasks, which can't be done at once. The practical materials there for three weeks are mainly it. My arrival is undoubtedly a good thing for them, and for me, it is precisely because of this that I can come to this unit, apply the theoretical knowledge I learned at school to social practice, and learn a lot of things outside books, which may be a win-win situation.
Soon after I started working, I learned that leaders can see the information input status at any time, and they are all put together, which means that there will be a comparison invisibly, which means that the input effect represents our image to some extent. For this soon-to-be-established supervision system, the leaders also gave special guidance. After understanding this, I was a little scared and a little flinched. For this reason, I also went to the leadership office to consult him: If I can't do this well, will the consequences be very serious? He smiled and replied: Nothing. As long as you do it seriously, you can do it well. If you have any questions you don't understand, you can ask everyone. As for the leaders' visit, it is normal. You don't have to care about this, just believe in yourself.
The confidentiality requirements of some documents or information of the administrative department are quite high. My work there is equivalent to administrative secretarial work, and I have no right to decide, so of course I can't input this information out of thin air. The operation must be reasonable and the input information must be accurate. So we made the relevant forms and distributed them to all units, so that all units could fill them out and give them to us. Give it to me after several other staff members of xx Center pass the inspection. In order to ensure that every link is accurate and well-founded, I have to consult relevant documents and books for confirmation, and make relevant changes when entering. Of course, I applied to the leader for this matter. If there is a problem that can be solved by consulting the document, I will modify it directly. If I can't decide or can't find the relevant basis, I'll ask the leader to decide.
The categories of matters to be solved by the project are quite important, which can be divided into three categories: administrative licensing, non-administrative licensing and service matters. When reviewing and revising, we must ensure the accuracy of information according to relevant literature and local books, and at the same time combine the relevant theoretical knowledge of administrative management. The materials submitted by each unit are directly submitted to me for review, and they are directly entered after being confirmed as "correct". In this way, in the training day and night, I almost regarded myself as a real employee there and went to work on time every day. Even in stormy weather, you should go to work on time as long as it is not on weekends.
There I realized that I had to restrain myself. You can't come if you don't want to go to work at will. I can't sleep in like I did at school. I really don't want cut class. I'm much freer. Entering the basic information of hundreds of projects is already a huge project. If there is a small problem, it may take several days to move casually, and sometimes a project will be reviewed in half an hour at most. I always work overtime in order to get this over with before I leave. When I finally left, I gave them a very satisfactory result, and they also gave me a high evaluation, which made me very pleased. Not only that, I also learned a lot that books can't. For example, when I go out to eat, they will intentionally teach me some table manners on different occasions and even how to order.
Fourth, practical experience.
I think the whole training process and results are relatively successful, even exceeding my expected goals, including the change of my views on some aspects. At the same time, through this training, I learned a lot, increased a lot of social knowledge, exercised my social potential and increased my social experience. As the saying goes, the sparrow is small and complete, but this unit is also a complete department, so it is necessary to understand different positions and different people in the department. What makes me feel most gratified is that in the past, when dealing with people's incidents, xx often showed the bad phenomenon of "high threshold, low efficiency and poor attitude", so it is very difficult and terrible for people to find an administrative unit to do something, especially some things need to be handled jointly by multiple departments, and they need to travel back and forth between multiple administrative units to see different "faces". Perhaps a very simple thing will take several times as much time and energy as it should. Now that we have a new administrative department like xx Center, what we see is a new atmosphere of "low threshold, high efficiency and good attitude". Almost all the local administrative units are gathered there, which is convenient and fast. Every time the people finish their work, they come out with a smile, and I am also very happy.
Article 3 Training report of administrative management specialty
During the training of xx administration major, I was lucky enough to be assigned to the office, which is a brand-new field of work for me. There are many kinds of work in the office, such as drafting documents, providing research data and quantity, and providing some useful information and data for decision-making, including document processing, document management, document approval, meeting arrangement, welcoming and sending, and car management. Every morning, I come to the office early. I clean up the tables and chairs first, turn on the computer, and then fill it with hot water three times, waiting for my colleagues to arrive. In fact, I think at the beginning of my work, I started by copying materials and helping my colleagues copy some materials. It seems trivial to organize documents, but there is a lot to master and a lot of knowledge. Vast, sorting, binding, unpacking, coding can learn a lot of knowledge that books will never learn. At least you should remember which materials are useful and which are not, and how many copies you need.
Then I watched how to bind and stamp several times, and began to try to bind myself. At this time, I acted as a bookbinding machine and a stamp. There is always a lot of words to deal with in the office. I usually make it for you on my own initiative. When I was in the office, I quickly typed a lot of things for my colleagues, which lightened their burden. During the training, I usually handle the printing and copying of all documents. Although the work is simple, I feel very happy to help.
In the training stage, I also learned some problems that should be paid attention to in office work from some small things. At work, I need to touch a lot of documents. Faced with a large amount of information, the corresponding problems to be solved are also very complicated. In the meantime, I also have a task to sort out the manuscripts of the major newspapers in the office, which are divided into political, economic and comprehensive categories. I spent a lot of time practicing. In addition to daily work, I have to take time to tidy up every day. Because the amount is amazing, it also deeply tests my patience.
Boring finishing work, facing the computer for nearly 8 hours every day, but also constantly searching online for related articles and comments related to articles, and downloading and finishing. At the same time, I have to typeset and print. Without anyone's supervision, overtime at noon, lunch break and lunch break are also squeezed. This has also been praised by the leaders, which has made me more motivated and inspired my work.
During the training period, the office staff have their own assigned tasks, and they should take turns to go to the streets to perform their duties. Because I am a trainee, I have no specific tasks, and the office is short of people, so I am responsible for being on duty in the office and answering the phone. Although we are in contact with this phone every day, I am still very nervous when answering this official phone, and sometimes I can feel my voice trembling. My trainer has always given me encouragement, which makes me feel at ease. These ordinary things have made me understand a lot, and more importantly, they have given me the ability to master a new thing quickly. My thoughts have also matured a lot. Many shortcomings were also found in the training. What I learned in school before was only theory, which was quite different from the actual operation. You can know the nature of the administrative organs. Only a unified standard has been formulated, but there are different norms for each department. This requires us to constantly learn and accumulate in our usual work and turn these things we have mastered into our own.
