How to cancel the employment agreement after approval?

After the employment agreement is approved by the college, if it is found that the agreement is wrong, you can apply for withdrawal and modification through the following channels. Note that the name of the employment unit cannot be modified when withdrawing the application!

(1) was withdrawn by the employer.

The email sent by the system is searched by the employer in the email address (the email address of the employer filled in the employment agreement) (note that it is filtered/deleted), and click "Disagree".

Students will submit it after revision, and send an email stating that it has been confirmed and can be reviewed, waiting for the approval of the college.

(2) School cancellation

If the employer's mailbox does not receive the email sent by the system, he can only go through the formalities of dropping out of school at school.

Invalid employment agreement application

If the student and the employer have not signed and sealed the employment agreement, or the student has filled in the wrong name of the employer, it is necessary to apply for invalidation. The materials are as follows:

(1) Fill in the Application Form for Information Change of Graduates' Electronic Employment Agreement, specify the reasons for invalidity in detail, autograph it, and scan it in high definition (it must be clearly printed and scanned by app for photos).

(2) An explanation (seal) issued by the unit that the agreement has not been signed.

If the reason for voiding is that the employer's name is incorrectly filled in (individual text differences), but it is actually an agreement signed with the same household after voiding and modifying, there is no need to issue this certificate (it must be indicated in the application form).
