Since entering China, BCG has recruited a group of outstanding young people who are determined to do business management strategy consulting. In addition to the annual campus recruitment, BCG also provides part-time project assistant (PTA) opportunities for Beijing's second and third-year undergraduate students and first and second-year graduate students. This position will create a good learning and training environment for students who are interested in learning management consulting related knowledge, and also help to cultivate their business awareness and social practice ability.
The students we need should at least have the following conditions:
1. The major is not limited.
2. Grade: the second or third year of undergraduate or the first or second year of graduate students (including the fourth year of undergraduate in direct research).
3. Relevant capabilities and requirements:
A. Excellent academic performance
B. excellent written and oral English communication skills.
C. be familiar with EXCEL and basic computer operations.
D. Proactive and able to work under pressure and challenges.
E. Strong analytical skills
F. Have more flexible spare time to participate in PTA work.
