First, the current psychological phenomenon that college students are tired of learning
University study is the main way for college students to become talents. It is a process of accepting the cultural and scientific knowledge accumulated by predecessors and enriching oneself in a relatively short period of time. This is a special form of human learning. Learning time is an important quantitative index in the learning process of college students, which can directly reflect the degree of diligence of students, that is, the amount of energy and time that college students actually invest in learning, the intensity and persistence of learning. But weariness of learning has become an epidemic among college students. It seriously affects the improvement of college students' physical quality and hinders the realization of college education goals. Specifically, it is mainly manifested in the following aspects.
(A) passive learning, lack of initiative
Those who perform well can stick to class, finish their homework and complete the hard tasks given by the school and teachers. Those with poor grades, that is, those who are deeply tired of learning, simply choose to skip classes and read required books after class. If you can avoid homework, you can avoid it and muddle along. Teachers give extra-curricular guidance, and few or even no one takes the initiative to ask questions.
(2) The enthusiasm for learning has faded, and the learning atmosphere of studying hard has faded.
Some students surf the internet at night to fight the midnight oil, and skip class at dawn to sleep; Some just entered the university gate, looking around, looking for goals, and talking about love. This so-called "first strike is strong, then strike is strong." Some are keen to attract business and earn a little money; Others are obsessed with being cadres, showing off, conducting comprehensive public relations and making friends. Take "work" as the main business and specialty as a sideline. In short, quite a few people spend a lot of time and energy outside the classroom and books, which is euphemistically called: exercising and enhancing social adaptability. "I don't like learning, I love being an official, and I love running errands." This is not an isolated phenomenon. Some of these students are encouraged and supported by their parents.
(c) Being excluded from the heart, "seeing things from different angles" often dislikes this major.
Around us, even in many other colleges and universities, people will find a very difficult phenomenon, that is, students love their own schools, their own majors, and their own majors. For example, learning Chinese loves law, learning management loves Chinese, learning medicine loves mathematics, and so on. If you are not specialized in interest, you will inevitably be superficial. The result is often to seek "knowledge" rather than "expertise", and both ends are not refined. The so-called "Chinese learners can't write articles, computer learners can't surf the Internet, foreign language learners can't speak foreign languages, and Chinese medicine learners can't prescribe drugs." Although this statement is inevitably exaggerated, it does reflect the true level of some scholars.
(d) "Poor student syndrome": I hate classrooms, teachers, textbooks and exams.
If you are in a bad psychological state, confused in ideals, vague in goals and lack of motivation, deal with it first. The so-called "Long live 60 points, 665,438+0 points wasted" is the psychological normality of such students.
Based on the above, we can divide the performance of college students' weariness of learning into the following three aspects:
1, the lighter performance is passive and blind learning.
This kind of students have no active learning purpose, and their learning motivation is not internal, but external (that is, to cope with exams). Learn whatever you take in the exam, and those who exceed this range will be tired of learning. There is also a class of students who have had many goals, but all of them are formulated to cater to the public opinion of their peers. Learn from others and engage in "multi-head attack" in vacillation. Once you encounter a little setback, you will give up all your efforts and adopt an attitude of being tired of learning and violently abandoning.
2. The second most serious manifestation is that students are tired of studying professional theoretical courses.
In class, teachers talk about teachers, students fuck students, and some simply skip classes to show "protest". These students think that professional textbooks can be used for two purposes: first, they can be used for surprise before exams; The second is to sell paper before graduation. In their eyes, learning is reading novels, entertaining newspapers and magazines, and taking this as the main business, blindly immersed in it, getting deeper and deeper, and increasingly contradicting abstract and profound professional theoretical courses.
The most serious performance is not studying at all.
I study not only specialized courses, but also other courses. Concentrate on interpersonal communication. In their view, making friends is more important than studying. After entering the society, friends will bring themselves much more benefits than knowledge. Very few students spend their minds on emotional entanglements. Learning is a burden for them, and a strong weariness of learning is increasing day by day, which eventually ruins the future of both sides.
No matter what the situation is, the harm of college students' weariness of study belts is obvious. Personally, students' lack of solid professional skills and low comprehensive quality actually means that they have not completed the task of university training and are unqualified "products"; From the school's point of view, students' weariness of learning and the decline of study style will inevitably lead to the decline of teaching quality, and its negative impact can be imagined; From the perspective of social employment, importing unqualified "products" into the market and bringing bad mental outlook and decadent emotions into the work unit will not only be detrimental to the healthy growth of college students, but also damage the image of the school and affect the work of the unit. Of course, we can't blame college students with the standards and eyes of adults, but we can't be indifferent to the phenomenon that college students are tired of learning, playing truant and wasting their good time.
