According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) Municipality on Medical Practitioners and relevant regulations, a person who meets one of the following conditions may take the doctor qualification examination:
(1) Having a bachelor's degree or above in medical major in an institution of higher learning and having completed a one-year probation period in a medical, preventive and health care institution under the guidance of a medical practitioner;
(2) Having obtained the practicing certificate of practicing assistant physician, having a medical college degree in an institution of higher learning, and having worked in a medical, preventive and health care institution for two years; Get a medical degree from a secondary specialized school and have worked in medical, preventive and health care institutions for five years.
(3) Those who have a medical college degree in an institution of higher learning or a medical professional degree in a secondary specialized school and have completed a one-year probation period in a medical, preventive and health care institution under the guidance of a medical practitioner may take the qualification examination for practicing assistant doctors.
Those who have studied traditional medicine for three years or obtained specialized knowledge after years of medical practice may take the qualification examination for practicing doctors or practicing assistant doctors after passing the examination and being recommended by traditional medical professional organizations or medical, preventive and health care institutions determined by the health administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level. The contents and methods of the examination shall be formulated separately by the administrative department of health of the State Council.

202 1 The registration for the examination of medical practitioners in Anhui Province includes two parts: online registration and on-site audit.
Online registration time is from 202 1 65438+ 10 to 2021124: 00. Candidates are requested to fill in their personal information truthfully and accurately in accordance with relevant regulations. Candidates who took the practical skills examination at the National Practical Skills Examination Base in 2020 and passed the comprehensive physical examination in that year must register online on 202 1 and can directly take the comprehensive physical examination.

Registration process
Step 1: Log in to the service platform.
First, open the website of the National Physical Examination Center. We suggest registering on the computer. You can check the registration guide at any time on your mobile phone. After opening the website, choose to enter the online registration system of doctor qualification examination.
Log in to the national medical examination examinee service system. (If you forget your account number or password: Please reply to the "Login Guide" in WeChat official account, which will teach you to quickly retrieve your account number and password. )
It is recommended to use WeChat scan to log in quickly, which will effectively reduce the inconvenience caused by forgetting your account or password. When you use it for the first time, you must bind the login account and password of the candidate service system (a micro signal can only bind one account), and after the binding is successful, you can realize one-click scanning login system. At the same time, the system still retains the login method of the original account and password. The specific operation is shown by the red arrow in the figure below.
Step 2: Select the examination items.
After successfully logging in, select the exam registration button above and click Start New Registration.
Select the project to be registered. Let's take the clinical practitioners of the doctor qualification examination as an example. In the following categories, select the doctor qualification examination, select the practice level, select the clinical specialty, and then click Search. The inspection items will be displayed below. After confirming that they are the examination items you registered, click the Register button.
Step 3: Confirm the exam instructions.
Enter the examination notification interface, read the consent carefully, and then click the consent to continue button.
Step 4: Basic information
Part of the information here was filled in when registering the service platform. Perfect the information with a red asterisk, click the "+"button in the upper right corner of the photo, upload the candidate's photo (please choose a photo with a small 2-inch white background, the file is less than 40kb, in jpg format), and check the key information such as name and ID number again. Click Next after you confirm that it is correct.
Please pay special attention to:
1, military candidates should pay attention to the difference between active duty and hired personnel when choosing their own identity.
2. If military candidates already hold resident ID cards, please use the resident ID number to register.
Step 5: Working environment
Work situation, click the three dot buttons on the right, select your own work unit from the list of work units, click OK after confirmation, and then fill in the contents marked with red asterisks such as unit location, organization type, unit affiliation, and on-the-job status according to the actual situation. If there is no position and title below, you don't need to fill it in. After verifying again, click Next.
Please pay special attention to:
In the column of 1, on-the-job situation, I applied for a graduate student but graduated that year, so I choose "graduate student (studying)" here.
2. If you can't find your own work unit, please reply "No work unit found" in WeChat official account to teach you how to apply for adding your own work unit!
Step 6: Education and training experience
Education and training experience, the name of the school here is also click the three dot buttons on the right, search from the school list, and choose your own school. After the selection is completed, we suggest that other information be filled in completely according to the contents of the diploma. If you have more than one educational experience, click the plus button next to the educational experience to add a new educational experience. If you need to delete educational experience, you can also click the X button in the upper right corner. After all the information is filled in, check the check box in the upper left corner and choose the one that meets the registration conditions.
Please pay special attention to:
1. Candidates who participate in standardized training for residents must fill in the following training experience in the same way as their educational experience.
2. Students who are apprentices, choose students who are apprentices and have expertise in the school, and fill in the graduation year and diploma with "-".
3. If you can't find your own graduation school, please reply "No graduation school found" in WeChat official account to teach you how to apply to add your own graduation school!
Step 7: Certificate
Certificate, which is supplemented by the existing doctor qualification certificate. Candidates who are promoted to internship assistant must fill in. Click the plus button next to the certificate to add the certificate, and fill in the certificate content, certificate type, qualification certificate number, issuance time and other information completely. If you are registered and hold a practice certificate, the information of the practice certificate also needs to be filled in completely. After filling in all the information, check the check box in the upper left corner and choose the certificate you need to take the exam. If there is no certificate, click Next to skip.
Step 8: Confirm
Confirm the need to choose the test area and test center, generally referring to the provinces and cities where the work unit is located. If individual provinces have special requirements, please consult the test center office where the registration is located. Candidates who meet the requirements of the additional test need to choose the items for the additional test, and candidates who do not need to take the additional test do not need to choose.
After selection, all the information just filled in will be displayed below. After the on-site confirmation and signature are successful, the personal registration information will not be modified. Please confirm again whether all the information is filled in correctly, and click the submit button after confirmation.
Step 9: Print the registration success notice.
Click the submit button, and a dialog box will pop up, prompting that the registration is successful. You need to print the registration success notice, and click OK.
At this point, the page jumps to the examination registration interface, and click the print button to print the online registration success notice of the doctor qualification examination.
