Method one. Check the steps 1 through the security center of mobile QQ. Open QQ, and click on the avatar in the upper left corner.
Step 2, click Settings in the lower left corner.
Step 3: Click Account Security.
Step 4, click QQ Security Center.
Step 5, click on the Personal Center in the upper right corner.
Step 6, click on the service record.
Step 7: Display a pop-up window and click Allow to view service records, including complaint records.
Method 2: Log in to Tencent Customer Service official website to check the steps 1. Search Tencent Customer Service in any browser, and click to enter official website.
Step 2: Click Login in the upper right corner, click QQ, and then select the login method. There are three ways: scan code login, quick login and account password login. I choose quick login here.
Step 3: After logging in, put the mouse on the QQ avatar in the upper right corner, and then click the service record to query, so that you can see the service record and the complaint record will also appear here.
