First, the recruitment target
Social employees, non-employees and college graduates who meet the basic conditions for applying for the exam and the specific qualifications for recruitment positions.
Second, the basic recruitment conditions:
Have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality; Abide by the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and other laws and regulations; Good conduct; Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally; Have the professional and technical conditions required for the position and other conditions required for the recruitment position.
The deadline for calculating academic qualifications or related qualifications is April 30, 2009. To recruit 2009 graduates, you can sign up for the exam first. If you graduate on schedule and pass the examination, physical examination and assessment, and obtain a diploma or degree certificate, you will be employed according to the regulations, otherwise you will not be employed.
Other persons who have received various criminal punishments for crimes, whose criminal suspects have not been ascertained or are undergoing disciplinary review, and who are not allowed to be employed according to national laws and regulations, may not apply for the examination.
Third, the recruitment steps
The Provincial Department of Education, in accordance with the unified requirements of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department, will organize and implement the written examination, interview, physical examination and assessment of open recruitment in conjunction with its affiliated institutions.
Recruitment of undergraduate and below education and intermediate and below professional and technical qualifications, take the form of examination. The recruitment of graduate students and personnel with the qualifications of associate senior and above professional and technical positions shall be conducted by means of assessment. The candidates for assessment shall be selected and determined by the employer among the candidates, or determined by combining written examination with interview (trial lecture and on-site operation).
(1) Recruitment position

(2) Registration
1. Registration time: from the date of information release to June 2009 17 16.
2. Registration method: Please register according to the registration method specified in the remarks column of "Information Table of Public Recruitment Plan of Provincial Organs and Institutions in the First Half of 2009" published by Liaoning Personnel Examination Network. The registration telephone number is the same as the unit recruitment consultation telephone number.
(3) written examination
The written content is determined by the Provincial Department of Education in conjunction with the employer. The written test time will be arranged on June 27th and 28th, and the written test place will be subject to the notice of the recruiting unit. The written test score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who can't reach the qualified score can't be hired.
(4) Qualification examination and interview
The qualification examination is the responsibility of the Provincial Department of Education and the employing unit. Before the interview, the applicant should provide his/her ID card, graduation certificate, student ID card, professional title certificate, certificate of approval of the employer, other materials required for the post, relevant materials that can prove his/her personal ability, education background (experience) and main work performance certification materials (original and photocopy) according to the requirements of the employer. Those who do not meet the registration conditions or resort to deceit and fail to accept the qualification examination within the specified time will be disqualified from the interview and the interview candidates will be rearranged from those who have passed the written test.
The interview is organized by the Provincial Department of Education in conjunction with the employer. The interview time is from July 20th to July 26th. The specific time and place shall be subject to the notice of the employer. The proportion of interviewees is determined to be 3: 1. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who can't reach the qualified score can't be hired.
The weight ratio of interview and written test scores is 5: 5.
(5) Physical examination
The physical examination was conducted in the designated hospital. The physical examination is organized and implemented according to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (for Trial Implementation) (No.2005/KLOC-0 issued by People's Republic of China (PRC) Ministry) and the Physical Examination Operation Manual. The physical examination time is from August 1 day to August 5, and the specific physical examination institution and time shall be subject to the notice of the employer.
(6) Evaluation
The assessment is mainly to investigate and understand the candidates' ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. The assessment plan takes the form of trial lecture, evaluation and on-site operation. The assessment time is from August 6th to August 1 1, and the assessment time and place shall be subject to the notice of the employer.
(7) Publicity and employment
The Provincial Department of Education shall, jointly with the recruiting unit, determine the candidates to be hired and report them to the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department for publicity. The publicity time is from August 17 to August 23. After the publicity, there will be no doubt that the list of people to be publicized will be reported to the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department for the record and relevant procedures will be handled.
If there are problems in publicity, after investigation and verification, put forward treatment opinions.
Fourth, discipline and supervision.
