First, the selection method
The selection work is organized by Daqing Oilfield Company. Under the supervision of the company's discipline inspection and supervision department, according to the employment needs of some units under the company, in line with the principles of openness, fairness, impartiality and competition, the selection is made through unified examination, two-way selection and merit-based selection.
Second, the number of jobs and employment.
Daqing Oilfield Company plans to hire 720 fixed-term contract workers according to the employment needs of relevant units.
1 270 oil driller, male. The demand unit is Daqing Drilling Engineering Company.
2. Underground worker 150, male. The demand unit is the downhole operation branch.
3. There are 300 oil production workers, women. The demand units are 200 people in Yushulin Oilfield, 40 people in No.7 Oil Production Plant and 60 people in No.8 Oil Production Plant.
Third, the choice of objects and conditions.
The selected objects are the unemployed children of employees of all units affiliated to Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. (including retirees, paid employees who terminate their labor contracts, dead employees and employees who terminate their labor contracts due to negligence).
Participants should also meet the following conditions:
1, good political quality, good health (no major diseases, no infectious diseases, physical fitness can meet the requirements of field work);
2. Unemployed children with permanent urban hukou in Daqing City and no formal employment experience;
3. Age 18 years old and above;
4. Require a high school education or above.
Fourth, the selection process
1, exam. The examination is conducted by closed-book written examination.
The content of the examination is Chinese, mathematics and comprehensive quality, with a total score of 300 points, including: Chinese 120, mathematics 120 and comprehensive quality of 60 (English 20, computer 20, current affairs and politics 10, Daqing traditional knowledge 10). Examination time 150 minutes.
2. Physical examination. According to the test scores from high to low, the division of labor is sorted, and the physical examination personnel are determined according to 1 10% of the admission plan for each job. The company organizes the physical examination in the designated hospital in a unified way, and the physical examination results will not be re-examined. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the National Physical Examination Standard for Civil Servants (see Annex 2 for details). Those who fail the medical examination are disqualified.
3. Interview. The company set up an interview committee to interview the candidates. Those who fail the interview will be disqualified. See Annex 3 for interview items.
4. Choose the best. According to the selection plan, the company selects those who have passed the examination, physical examination and interview. Those who refuse to accept the distribution after selection will be disqualified.

The time and place of the examination shall be subject to the admission ticket.
Requirements for registration of intransitive verbs
1. Applicants must submit 1 application form (with photos). The registration form should be filled in neat and clear fonts. At the same time, applicants must bring their ID card, household registration book, copy of graduation certificate 1 copy, and 3 recent 2-inch bareheaded color photos.
2. The applicant must hold the certificate of unemployed children issued by the mine (brigade) level unit where his parents are located after the announcement date.
3. Those who have had formal employment experience in enterprises and institutions may not register. Once found, cancel its registration and selection qualifications.
4. The secondary units affiliated to the company conduct qualification examination for the applicants among the unemployed children of the employees of the company, and are responsible for the examination results. Where the education, major, age and identity do not meet the selection conditions, once found, the selection qualification will be cancelled.
Seven. Management and treatment
1. After the selected personnel take up their posts, they will be managed according to their posts, and their salaries will be fixed according to their posts, and their salaries will be changed according to the fixed-term contract workers of Daqing Oilfield Company.
2. The transferred personnel sign a three-year labor contract. During the term of the labor contract, the company will punish those who violate the labor contract and the company's rules and regulations according to relevant regulations until the labor contract is dissolved according to law. After the expiration of the contract, the employing unit will assess the workers, and if they pass the assessment, both parties will decide whether to renew the labor contract through consultation.
3. If the selected personnel practise fraud and it is verified by verification, the company will terminate the labor contract according to the Labor Contract Law.
