On-site house inspection is divided into the following two stages:
In the first stage, the on-site viewing time is from July 30th, 20021year to August 6th, 20021year, and the online viewing time is from July 29th, 20265438 to August 5th, 20021year (submit an appointment application).

If the waiting leading talents fail to submit the talent certificate and other relevant certification materials, they should go to the Shenzhen Housing Security Department to make up before the online subscription deadline.
The online subscription time is from 09:00 on July 30th, 2002/KLOC-0 to 08:00 on August 6th, 20265438. If the online subscription is not completed before August 6, 20021year 18:00, it will be deemed as giving up the subscription. If the subscription family needs to adjust its subscription intention, it should log on to the website of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau before August 6, 2026 18:00 to make changes, and it will not be adjusted after the deadline.
If the subscription agreement for other residential commercial housing projects has been signed and is still valid, the subscription application will not be accepted.
(three) the publicity of the results of the subscription qualification examination
After the subscription, Shenzhen Housing Security Bureau will verify the subscription qualification of the family, and the verification results will be publicized on the website of Shenzhen Housing Construction Bureau for 5 working days. If the subscription family needs to give up this subscription, it shall submit a written application for giving up the subscription to Shenzhen Housing Security Bureau within the publicity period, and it will not be accepted after the deadline.
(four) announced the subscription list and the ranking of housing selection.
After the approval results are publicized, the list of shortlisted and alternate families will be determined according to the ratio of 1: 2. Among them, queue A: the subscribing families ranked 1-445 are shortlisted, the subscribing families ranked 446-890 are shortlisted, and the subscribing families ranked 89 1 or above are supplementary subscribing families; Queue B: the subscribing families ranked 1- 1 14 are shortlisted, the subscribing families ranked 1 15-228 are shortlisted, and the subscribing families ranked 229 and above are supplementary subscribing families.
The above shortlist, alternative list, replacement list and house selection ranking will be published on the website of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau and Guangming District Government.
(5) Housing selection and contract signing
After the list of purchase and the ranking of house selection are published, the short-listed and alternate short-listed families can log on to the website of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau and print the notice of house selection online.
Short-listed and alternate short-listed families must go to the designated place to choose a house according to the time specified in the house selection notice, select a set of houses corresponding to the purchase intention in turn according to the sorting order of house selection, and select the corresponding houses at the same time.
After the short-listed and standby short-listed purchase families complete the house selection, if there are any remaining houses, the purchase families in the supplementary list will make up the houses in turn according to the order of house selection, and the remaining houses will be selected. Please pay attention to the website of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau for related matters.
After the subscription family selects the room number, they should pay a subscription deposit of 20,000 yuan on the spot as required and sign a subscription agreement. When signing the subscription agreement for residential commercial housing, the subscribing families who rent affordable housing at the city level shall go through the relevant procedures for postponing the rental housing.
If you subscribe for a house that has been selected by the family, but you have not signed a subscription agreement before the end of the house selection on that day, or you have signed a subscription agreement but declared in writing that you will give up the house selection before the end of the house selection on that day, it will be regarded as giving up the house selection. If all the houses in the queue to which the houses belong are not selected on the same day, the houses abandoned by them will be included in the houses to be selected on the next day; If all the houses in the queue to which the house belongs are selected on the same day, the abandoned houses will be selected by the subscribing families in turn after the last selected house.
The subscribing family shall pay the purchase price on time according to the subscription agreement, and sign a contract for the sale of residential commercial housing. If the sales contract is not signed within the specified time, it will be deemed as giving up this subscription.
(six) announced the results of housing selection and the remaining housing information.
During the house selection period, after the house selection is completed every day, the house selection results and the remaining housing information will be published on the website of Shenzhen Housing and Construction Bureau before 22:00 that day.
If there are still surplus houses after the house selection, the development and construction unit may apply to the municipal housing security department for acquisition, and the acquired houses shall be managed and distributed by the municipal housing security department as talent houses.
