Organizational Structure of Huaibei Normal University Library

The library implements the curator responsibility system under the leadership of the school, and now has five business departments and administrative offices: editing department, circulation department, periodical department, reference department and technical service department. The School Library and Information Committee is the decision-making, consulting and coordinating body of the school's literature and information work, with the vice president in charge of library work as the chairman and the librarian as the vice chairman.
