1. Responsible for ensuring the production and operation of designated information systems, and organize all railway bureaus to complete the production and operation, technical support and maintenance tasks of relevant information systems.
2. To undertake the engineering construction of information system engineering design, software development and system integration for railway applications.
3 to guide the relevant business work of the information center of the Railway Bureau.
4. Undertake railway computer network management and information security and other related work.
5. To undertake the task of tackling key problems in information system science and technology assigned by the state and the Ministry of Railways.
6. To undertake the continuing education and technical training of computer professionals in the whole railway.
7. Complete the related work assigned by the information leading group of the Ministry and its office.
