(a) Implementing decentralization measures. According to the "Problems Found in the Supervision of Simple Administration and Decentralization" by the general office of the provincial government and the "Guiding Opinions on Simple Administration and Decentralization" by the general office of Ningde Municipal Government, our bureau conducted self-examination and self-correction. At present, 34 administrative (approval) licensing items have been settled in the administrative service center. Took on 13 municipal administrative examination and approval items. All the examination and approval items were cleaned up and standardized, involving the cancellation of 2 items. All administrative examination and approval items should be subject to the open examination and approval process item by item, and the time limit for examination and approval should be reduced and the discretion should be restrained to standardize and promote standardization. No administrative license is established, implemented or implemented in disguised form outside the laws and regulations. According to the provincial government? Compared with the existing administrative examination and approval and service projects of our bureau, find out the shortcomings and fill in the gaps. Unify and standardize the original administrative examination and approval and service matters, service guides, service rules and other related contents. Some matters need further communication with provincial and municipal bureaus. There are many matters, and it is necessary to prepare service guides, service rules and application forms. (2) Implementing the reform of the commercial system. At present, there are no pre-approval items for industrial and commercial registration in all administrative examination and approval items of our bureau. Industry access permits, production and service permits have been cleaned up and adjusted. Clean up and standardize all kinds of licenses, streamline procedures to the maximum extent, cancel unnecessary procedures and cumbersome procedures, and effectively improve work efficiency. Vigorously promote "Internet+government services", improve the government service platform, realize the interconnection of government service platforms at the provincial, municipal and county levels, promote data sharing, and let the people run less errands and do things well. Continuously improve the level of public service and mass satisfaction.

(3) Implement the list of rights and responsibilities. My bureau has compiled and published the power list, public service list, responsibility list and power and responsibility list of township radio and television stations. Except as clearly stipulated by the state, there are no other administrative fees in our bureau. At present, according to the requirements of Shen Zhe Reform Office Document No.2001. 20 1625, preparations for the integration of the power list and the responsibility list are being done seriously.

(4) Strengthen supervision during and after the event. (6) Reform and innovation. Innovatively optimize and standardize the administrative examination and approval process, and promote the standardization of administrative licensing. Consultation, application, acceptance, examination and approval, completion (certification) and taking of administrative examination and approval items (except field investigation, collective discussion, expert argumentation and hearing) shall be handled on the spot at the government service center. The progress of online exercise is slow, especially the online administrative examination and approval items cannot be carried out in large quantities, and the progress of government service informatization is uneven. Third, due to the inadequate staffing and poor law enforcement equipment of the law enforcement brigade of our bureau, there are still cases in which supervision and management cannot achieve full coverage in daily supervision.

In the next step, in strict accordance with the principle of "simplification, standardization and efficiency" and the requirements of the reform work plan of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving service", our bureau will further refine the tasks and measures, clarify the road map and timetable, and rely on the actual work responsibilities to promote the reform of "simplifying administration and decentralization, strengthening supervision and improving service" in depth to ensure the effectiveness.
