Guangzhou Securities owns wholly-owned subsidiary Guangzhou Futures Co., Ltd. and direct investment subsidiary Guangzhou Securities Innovation Investment Management Co., Ltd., holding Golden Eagle Fund Management Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Zhengguang Hengsheng Securities Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., among which Zhengguang Hengsheng is the first joint venture securities investment consulting company in China under CEPA framework agreement.
