With the improvement of business performance and the expansion of enterprise talent demand, 48% of manufacturing enterprises increased their staffing in previous years, and nearly 40% of enterprises increased their recruitment in the second half of last year. The recruitment scale of enterprises is generally more than 300 people.
From the point of view of job requirements, manufacturing enterprises indicate that technicians and front-line operators are needed for recruitment, while R&D, digitalization and sales personnel are difficult to recruit, among which there is a big gap in intelligent manufacturing talents, such as data management, architects, data engineers, intelligent engineers and robot debugging engineers. The salary of technical talents in the digital field has increased, and the increase in job hopping can reach 40%; The demand for talents in the field of industrial internet is growing, with an increase of 30%.
