Treatment conditions:
1. First passport application;
2. Passport annotation: It can be divided into five categories: previous name annotation, name annotation, replacement annotation, replacement annotation and previous certificate annotation. If there is a previous name in the applicant's household registration book, he may apply for adding the previous name; Those with traditional Chinese names, English names, polyphonic names and nonstandard Chinese pronunciation names may apply for name labeling. Add up to 3 passport holders' numbers to the notes of the former passport holders;
3. Passport renewal: (1) Passport visa page will be used soon; (2) The passport is valid for less than six months, or it is valid for more than six months, but there are materials to prove that the validity period does not meet the requirements of the destination country; (3) The name, gender, ID number, place of birth and date of birth on the household registration book have changed or the applicant's appearance has changed significantly; (4) Other circumstances identified by the Exit-Entry Administration of the Ministry of Public Security;
4. Passport replacement: Passport is damaged, lost or stolen;
5. In any of the following circumstances, the applicant may apply for urgent handling: (1) going abroad to attend a funeral or visit a critically ill patient; (2) The commencement date of studying abroad is approaching; (3) The entry permit or visa of the destination country will expire soon; (4) Other urgent matters identified by the exit-entry administration department of the Public Security Bureau.
