The Legal Help Center mainly relies on the two national unified hotline numbers of the All-China Women's Federation's Women's Rights Protection Hotline "12338" and the All-China Women's Federation's Mary Kay Domestic Violence Hotline "198" to provide professional, standardized and authoritative hotline consultation services, and regularly organizes and invites experts and scholars in legal, social and psychological fields to carry out consultation in different forms and with different themes.
According to the needs of women and children, 2-4 expert interviews are conducted every month, including marriage and family adjustment, psychology, policy and law. In addition, the establishment of women's rights protection service websites, the use of network resources, publicize the laws, regulations, policies about women and children at home and abroad and the trend of women's movements in various countries, unblock women's complaint channels, provide psychological, legal and policy advice and help information, and timely announce, discuss and provide social assistance and relief to cases that infringe on women's and children's rights and interests, thus forming a multi-angle system and strengthening the work of women's and children's rights protection in the whole society.

Victims of domestic violence, their legal representatives and close relatives may also report to the public security organs or bring a lawsuit to the people's court according to law.
