5. You can only leave Shanghai with a good pass (someone will check the nucleic acid at the entrance of expressway);
6. Basically, you can't get off the service area in expressway. The hometown village Committee called to track where you went;
7. When you arrive at the hometown expressway, someone will take you to the hotel for isolation 14 days.
Correct epidemic prevention methods:
1. The public should correctly wear disposable medical masks or masks with protection level above in daily life and travel, do a good job in hand hygiene and observe breathing etiquette. No need to wear multiple masks or masks with breathing valves, and no need to wear protective clothing;
2. The meeting should be effectively ventilated, and the social distance should be greater than 1 meter. Don't wear a mask when people are crowded and the ventilation is not smooth;
3. There is no doubt that when the case is confirmed, the cleaning of the home environment should be based on daily cleaning and ventilation, without daily disinfection;
4. When you pay for shopping in the supermarket, you should queue up one meter apart, wear a mask and choose non-contact payment;
5. When taking the car elevator, wear a mask, stand at intervals, and always observe breathing etiquette;
6. Parents should cultivate their children's awareness of hand hygiene when playing with their children, correct their bad habits of eating hands and toys in time, and clean their hands and toys regularly;
7. When taking the bus or subway, you can wear gloves, reduce touching public parts, and don't touch your nose, mouth and eyes;
8. Before eating, wash your hands with hand sanitizer or soap under flowing water, or rub your hands with hand sanitizer. Don't wash your hands and grab food directly;
9。 When coughing and sneezing, cover your nose and mouth with a tissue, then wrap the tissue in a trash can or cover it with your elbow. Don't spit, cover your hands or cough or sneeze directly at others.

The health administrative department of the State Council is in charge of the prevention and control of infectious diseases and its supervision and management. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases and their supervision and management within their respective administrative areas.
Other departments of the people's governments at or above the county level shall be responsible for the prevention and control of infectious diseases within their respective functions and duties.
The prevention and control of infectious diseases in the army shall be handled in accordance with this Law and the relevant provisions of the state, and shall be supervised and managed by the competent health department of the People's Liberation Army of China.
Article 7
Disease prevention and control institutions at all levels undertake infectious disease monitoring, forecasting, epidemiological investigation, epidemic situation reporting and other prevention and control work.
Medical institutions undertake the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases related to medical treatment and the prevention of infectious diseases in their areas of responsibility. Urban communities and rural grass-roots medical institutions shall, under the guidance of disease prevention and control institutions, undertake the corresponding prevention and control of infectious diseases in urban communities and rural grass-roots units.
