The credit information evaluation of construction site refers to the quantitative evaluation of the quality and safety of general contracting enterprises and supervision enterprises within the administrative area of this Municipality during the construction of housing construction and municipal infrastructure (including urban rail transit).
The municipal construction administrative department is the competent department in charge of credit information evaluation of the construction site of the general contracting enterprises and supervision enterprises in this Municipality, responsible for formulating evaluation standards and management measures, and supervising and guiding the credit information evaluation of the construction site of the general contracting enterprises and supervision enterprises in this Municipality. District (city) county construction administrative departments, municipal quality supervision stations and municipal safety supervision stations shall, in accordance with the provisions of the project supervision authority and evaluation methods, evaluate the credit information of the construction site of construction general contracting enterprises and supervision enterprises. The district (city) and county construction administrative departments may entrust their subordinate quality and safety supervision institutions to evaluate the credit information on the construction site of construction general contracting enterprises and supervision enterprises.
The quality and safety evaluation of construction site accounts for 20% of the comprehensive credit evaluation weight of construction general contracting enterprises and supervision enterprises respectively.
The implementation of construction site credit information evaluation should be combined with daily supervision and management, and follow the principle of "scientific, objective, fair, open, fair and timely".
