I think dreaming is a normal thing in our daily life. Most people dream. Maybe many people dream when they sleep every day. Generally speaking, people who are healthy, have a good life and a regular work and rest schedule have much better sleep quality and seldom dream. Even if I dream, I can't remember what I dreamed after waking up. This kind of person should be a more relaxed person in life. Life will be more enjoyable without any pressure.

In fact, in modern society, especially for China people, there are more people who are sub-healthy. These people are generally facing great pressure of life, and there are many problems to consider and many things to think about. Moreover, many people are very busy every day, always go to bed very late at night, and their minds are constantly thinking about things before going to bed, so it is easy to dream, and they are likely to dream about what they are thinking before going to bed. This is called thinking during the day and dreaming at night, but it has no implication.

Many dreams are expressed in dreams because one's inner worries may be things that can't be realized in ordinary life or things that one is worried about.
