Renovation design of old houses in Madrid, Spain; Hanging net bed; Wonderful fairy tales.

Live-In Tale is a design project completed by Egue y Seta, located in Madrid, Spain. It can make residents and family members or friends generously use a sweet home and enjoy a pleasant aftertaste. It can also successfully convey the personality and lifestyle of knowledgeable couples and their children.

Let's take a look at how the designer transformed this old house in the 1950s into a new home popular with young couples with children.

It is neither a castle nor a cabin in the forest, and the story conveyed by this family is a bit strange.

But it can't be called "unique" because it has a "twin" attached to the house, forming a "strange" building complex. Although there is no crown in the style of tower or bell tower, the house is composed of a series of staggered floors with a triangular structure, and the top is covered with a gable roof.

We can't put the cart before the horse. Designers should be down-to-earth and give excellent designs at the main entrance on the first floor. The house once had to climb several steps when it entered the porch and front yard. Lavender bloomed in the flowerpots in the yard, which lit up people's horizons.

It is useful to have a small garden around the north of the house. You can find a platform with a swimming pool in it, which can be used as a carnival place.

Behind two large sliding glass doors, that is, the center of the house, is a large living room, which contains a wealth of books, all arranged in a 30-square-meter vertical custom-made solid wood bookcase, which was recycled from family of origin.

We can read them at will by lying on rocking chairs, which came from the 1950s and are located next to sofas. Or you can sit at the dining table and enjoy the work. These dining tables were "rescued" from French farmhouses that disappeared in the19th century.

People say that reading can improve people's ability and inspire people, so a large chandelier is set up in the lobby on the first floor, which emphasizes the double height of space and the verticality of the house.

From the living room to the bedroom: In the first bedroom, we can read bedtime stories. This is a room for children. Children can play and sleep in the bookstore, with bunk beds.

In their bathroom, the small layout has a retro-style metal double sink, surrounded by hexagonal tiles, and the gray cement floor does not have to worry about getting wet.

The light in the master bedroom is indisputable. Different walls and skylights let the sun shine on the bed every morning, inspiring people to get up and start a new chapter in their daily lives.

Channels can arouse people's desire to explore, and people need to walk a few steps to reach the open independent kitchen. The kitchen is a practical and comfortable space with warm wooden tables and durable gray concrete floors.

There is also a small office design on this floor to meet the writing needs of the owner.

In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower. The designer decided to use only two materials, namely superfine cement and wood, to create an absolutely practical and pure space.

The last part of the house is on the roof, where meetings, games and guests can be held. We will find a game room, which can be turned into a bedroom when guests need it.

It is also a treasure for storing family documents and video pictures, and the hanging net bed has turned this area into a perfect place.
