I. Scope and objectives of introduction

Full-time doctoral students, full-time master students in "2 1 1 Engineering" colleges, master students studying abroad (certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education), and full-time undergraduates in "985 Project" colleges (with bachelor's degree). Doctoral students are preferred.

Third, the registration qualification

(1) Persons with the following qualifications can apply:

1, supports the party's line, principles and policies, and is politically firm and reliable;

2, law-abiding, good conduct, with good professional ethics;

3. Doctoral students are under 35 years old (born after 1 July 978 1), master students are under 32 years old (born after1July 981), and undergraduates are under 29 years old (1July 984)

4. Physical conditions that meet the requirements of the post;

5. Major with the same (or similar) job requirements.

Fourth, introduce the procedure.

1, register online. Online registration is accepted from the date of this announcement, and the deadline is 1 August 18: 30 (subject to the time when the email is received). Applicants should fill in and submit the registration information truthfully, and each person is limited to 1 position. Applicants must use the second-generation ID card to register, and the ID cards used for registration and examination must be the same.

2. Preliminary qualification examination. Before August 2, applicants should log in to my registration email to check the preliminary qualification examination results. Qualification examination runs through the introduction of highly educated talents. Anyone who does not meet the prescribed qualifications will be disqualified. Those who resort to deceit, deliberately conceal the truth or irresponsibly provide false documents or materials will be dealt with severely with reference to the Measures for Handling Disciplinary Acts in the Civil Service Recruitment Examination (Trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2009]126).

3. Qualification examination. From August 3rd to August 7th, those who passed the preliminary examination will be re-qualified. Qualification review location: Puyang Talent Work Office (Room 204, Main Building, No.7 Courtyard, 50 meters east of the intersection of huanghe road and Zhenxing Road, Puyang City). Those who pass the qualification review are determined to be candidates for the interview.

The materials required for qualification review include: (1) Puyang 20 13 Registration Form for Introducing Highly Educated Talents (A4 paper in triplicate). 4. Get the admission ticket. In mid-August, qualified personnel went to Puyang Talent Work Office to get the interview admission ticket.

5. Interview. Interview will be conducted in mid-August (the time and place are subject to the admission ticket). The interview was organized and implemented by the Organization Department of Zhongyang Municipal Committee, the Organization Office of Zhongyang Municipal Committee and Puyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.

6. Physical examination. In mid-August, according to the interview results, the participants were determined according to the proportion of 1: 1. According to the results of physical examination, determine the object of investigation.

7. check. In late August, the candidates to be hired were inspected. 8. Publicity. 9. Employment.
