Beijing Rural Housing Subsidy Policy

Rural poor households, rural poor households include rural low-income households, five-guarantee households, poor disabled people and poverty-stricken households with filing cards. These farmers can submit a written application to the village collective before building a house, and report it to the township for review after publicity without objection. After approval, they can receive housing subsidies. In order to improve the living conditions of rural residents, subsidies for dilapidated houses in rural areas have been set up to help them repair or rebuild their houses. The subsidy standards for the renovation of dilapidated buildings in rural areas are 6,500 yuan, 7,500 yuan and 9,000 yuan per household in the east, middle and west, and support the construction of supporting infrastructure such as heating for the renovation of dilapidated buildings according to the subsidy standards per capita 1.200 yuan.

First, how to apply for housing subsidies:

1. Obtain the qualification of affordable housing, apply for subsidized house purchase, obtain the qualification certificate after examination and approval, and receive the authorization letter of government subsidized house purchase quota.

2. Sign a house purchase contract with the developer, submit the Power of Attorney for the Amount of Government Subsidy to the developer, fill in the relevant contents and seal it.

3. Submit the purchase contract and the government subsidy authorization letter for the purchase amount to the housing security management core for confirmation (sign the agreement on returning public housing).

Two, to receive housing subsidies should be submitted materials:

1. Original and photocopy of the recorded commercial housing sales contract;

2. Original bank payment voucher (including POS card receipt);

3. The original and photocopy of the purchase invoice;

4. Original and photocopy of deed tax payment certificate (registration form);

5. The original and photocopy of the valid ID card of the purchaser.

Legal basis: Article 76 of the Land Administration Law of the People's Republic of China illegally occupies land without approval or by deception, the land administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level shall order the return of the illegally occupied land, dismantle the newly built buildings and other facilities on the illegally transferred land in violation of the overall land use plan within a time limit, and restore the land to its original state. In line with the overall land use planning, the newly built buildings and other facilities on the illegally transferred land will be confiscated. The person in charge and other persons directly responsible for the illegal occupation of land shall be given administrative sanctions according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
