1. The legal representative brings the original and photocopy of the company ID card and the original and photocopy of the industrial and commercial business license to the police station under the jurisdiction of the lost place to report the case and obtain the report certificate;
2. With the original and photocopy of the report certificate and the original and photocopy of the industrial and commercial business license, make an announcement in the daily public newspaper at or above the municipal level, and declare that the official seal is invalid;
3. Go to the office of the Public Security Bureau with relevant information to handle the new seal for the record.

To establish a company, the articles of association must be formulated according to law. The Articles of Association are binding on the Company, shareholders, directors, supervisors and senior management. Article 12
The business scope of the company is stipulated in the articles of association and registered according to law. A company may amend its articles of association and change its business scope, but it shall register the change.
Projects that are required to be approved by laws and administrative regulations in the company's business scope shall be approved according to law.
