According to the requirements of the re-employment assistance task determined by the higher authorities, formulate a special employment plan. Third, in view of the employment status of "4050" people in the community, we should give policy support to the vulnerable groups with employment competitiveness in accordance with national policies. We will step up the implementation of small secured loans to provide funds for laid-off workers who have the conditions to start businesses but have no funds. Fourth, provide free services and training for laid-off workers, and provide pre-job training for laid-off workers who have received re-employment concession cards.
