We will step up the implementation of small secured loans to provide funds for laid-off workers who have the conditions to start businesses but have no funds. Fourth, provide free services and training for laid-off workers, and provide pre-job training for laid-off workers who have received re-employment concession cards. The training work for half a year has been fully affirmed by all walks of life.

In order to ensure the good beneficiaries of preferential policies for re-employment, preferential cards are issued to eligible laid-off workers in strict accordance with the principles of openness, fairness and justice.
