2, by accepting the medical insurance agencies to review the refund application, and send the overpayment to the medical insurance agencies to review the refund items and amount. Those who meet the requirements shall be reported to the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Finance Bureau for examination and approval by the medical insurance agency in the place where they are accepted (except Item (1) 1 and Item (2) of Article 1 of this Notice), and those who do not meet the requirements shall be informed of the relevant reasons.
3. Refunds approved by the local Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Finance Bureau shall be paid to the applicant unit or individual in a timely manner within the month through a social security card with financial functions or a designated bank account. Among them, the refund of the overpaid part of the year was extracted by the collection households, which offset the income of the year; In previous years, the overpaid refund was extracted from the financial special account and classified as other expenses.
