The 5R network is one of the sub-projects of Suzhou Circular Economy Development and Application Research, a sub-project of the 11th Five-Year National Science and Technology Support Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and it is the key supporting field for the country to promote the development of circular economy informatization at present. (1) Integrate the recycling entities of current entities to form a regional renewable resources trading information platform with the concept of Internet of Things; (2) Integrate technical information and talent information related to circular economy, and provide technical support and achievement transformation platform for regional SMEs.
Become an information channel for the government to master the situation of regional waste and renewable resources.
(3) According to the current development speed, 5R network will have more than 10000 registered enterprises in 20 15 years, and the total number of registered enterprises will exceed 100, and the scale of renewable resources information transaction will reach more than 100 billion yuan, making it a regional renewable resources transaction and circular economy information service center. As an innovative professional information center and commercial operation website of circular economy, 5R Network is committed to developing into an information exchange platform for governments at all levels, enterprises, institutions and the public, a business platform for enterprises and communities to carry out waste trading and an information support website for developing circular economy.
The transaction information service function of 5R network is based on the waste classification standard and coding system independently developed by the research team in the field of circular economy in Tsinghua University, and combines the research results of classification attributes of physical attributes, pollution characteristics, disposal characteristics and management characteristics, and provides the market price of renewable resources and waste evaluation information in time with the help of GIS platform and geographical information such as enterprise location and logistics source and sink. Based on the precise matching technology of analyzing the personality characteristics of both parties scientifically and comprehensively, the trading platform system of renewable resources and materials is developed, which realizes the low-cost trading and transportation of renewable resources and provides consulting services for both supply and demand enterprises.
