ⅰ. Preparation before system debugging

Ⅱ. System debugging
1), check all valves.
Open all control valves and close all valves of the drainage pipeline. Check whether all nozzles are installed in place and whether the nozzles are blocked. Check the pipeline installation according to the flow chart and pipeline construction drawing to see if there are cracks, deformation and other problems that may lead to water leakage and pressure loss.
2), single machine debugging
According to the electrical schematic diagram and the secondary wiring diagram of the electric control cabinet, carefully check whether the wiring of the water pump, underwater lamp, frequency converter and program controller is accurate. After confirming that the water pump has working water source, manually start the single pump for debugging (when debugging the single pump, turn off the power of all other electrical equipment to avoid chain damage). After the water pump is running, check whether the water pump has inversion and noise according to the water outlet situation.
3), all pumps manually open.
After debugging each pump, start all pumps at the same time (note: the control loop should be closed at this time to prevent accidents! ) Check the spraying effect of the fountain.
4) Manual debugging of single frequency converter.
According to the parameters of the pump motor connected to each frequency converter, set the parameters of each frequency converter, and set all parameters according to the working requirements of each frequency converter. After the parameters are set, the frequency converters of each group of pumps will be manually debugged.
5) Manually start all frequency converters with corresponding pumps, and check the spraying effect and equipment.

6), the overall debugging operation
Adjust the frequency converter and water pump to automatic control, let the air compressor run, and check the operation of the whole fountain.
7) Adjust the valve size and frequency.
According to the spray height and effect requirements of various nozzles in the fountain, adjust the frequency of valves and frequency converters to make the relevant water shape consistent and the shape and size meet the design requirements.
8), according to the design requirements and procedures, the final effect debugging, adjust the relevant time.
