A Brief Introduction to the Life of Tongzong in Ming Dynasty

1March, 857, Yang Hefeng, He Jipan and Hu Shenghai revolted in Sinan and Wuchuan respectively, known as Huang Hao in history. 10 army attacked many cities, but they all abandoned them. They just occupied some dangerous forts and exchanged guerrilla warfare. In August of the same year, although Jiang Yulong, the new magistrate of Guizhou Province, was ordered to lead the Sichuan army to Sinan and other places to suppress, but seeing that there were many troops, he camped in the water south of Fenggang (now Chuanchuan) and held his ground. On September 2 1, 1859, Zhu Mingyue and others led the White Horn Army to attack the Qing army base camp. Magistrate Jiang Yulong abandoned the camp and fled, and was dismissed by the Qing court for investigation. As a result, the prefect base camp of the Qing army became the base of the White Army, with 20,000 troops, including White Army Marshal Tian Xingchao, He Faxi, General He Xingru and Wang Liting. Soon, Zhu Mingyue once again captured Qing Yu, Yan Song and other places, and established the first stronghold of the White Horn Army in Lin Jue Temple within its jurisdiction.

Lin Jue Temple is located in Linjue Village, yuqing county, 6 kilometers away from Yan Song Town and 4 kilometers away from Fenggangyachuan (Pianshui). The temple is located on a mountain fort of about two square kilometers. The mountain fort is surrounded by streams and rice fields, and there is only one road connecting it. After Zhu Mingyue occupied this area, it was fenced with wooden fences to form a 3-foot-high mud wall, and four gates were built in the east, west, south and north. Within dozens of miles of this base camp, there are 48 other camps, including Pioneer Camp, Hei Hu Camp, Tunshan Camp, Dapo Camp, Shijia Camp and Yu He Camp. The Qing army called it a "fake city". In order to strengthen ties with Bai Haojun in Shiqian, Emperor Huang Jun in Qing Yu, Ding Jiao Mountain, Gufo Mountain and Yuhua Mountain in Weng 'an County, Zhu Mingyue has established more than ten camps in the south of Wujiang River, such as Tun, Tun, Cement Yard in Longxi and Gouziping in Qing Yu.

On August 1860 and 12, Zhu Mingyue marched into Tongzi, and Guizhou prefect Tian Hangshu took the opportunity to lead "Chang Shengjun" to attack the White Army on the south bank of Wujiang River in Qing Yu. After more than ten days of fierce fighting, the white army was outnumbered and more than a dozen battalions were breached by the Qing army. As a result, Tian Hangshu got carried away. On the one hand, he let the "immortal army" enter Longxi, on the other hand, he let people report to the court. After Zhu Mingyue got the news, he secretly sent someone to contact Bai Haojun in Shiqian and made a detour to return to Qing Yu. On August 24th, Zhu Mingyue and his more than 10,000 people arrived in Longxi with Shiqian White Army at the same time, and suddenly they were attacked by Shu Tian's "Chang Shengjun" on both sides. Caught off guard, the "victorious army" was defeated, with more than half of the casualties, and Tian Hangshu was also removed from the position of prefect.

/kloc-in the first month of 0/868, due to the siege of the Xiang army and the Sichuan army, the White Army successively fell in Jingzhuyuan in Sinan (under the jurisdiction of Shiqian in Qing Dynasty) and Piandiaoshui in Fenggang. On May 65438+2, 2002, the Xiang and Sichuan armies concentrated on attacking the Lin Jue Temple base camp stationed in Zhu Mingyue. Due to the defection of Sun and others in the first army, the temple base camp was quickly broken by the Qing army. Zhu Mingyue came to break through and retreated from Qing Yu Division (now Aoxi, Qing Yu). Halfway by the Qing army stopped, had to take hundreds of people to retreat to Tunshan camp. Soon, the Qing army surrounded the Tunshan camp like ants and attacked it violently with artillery fire. Most soldiers of the White Horn Army died heroically, and Zhu Mingyue was seriously injured. But he, deus ex, fled to Huomeitang alone (in Sanhe Village, Yan Song Town today). He ran seven or eight miles in one breath and couldn't run any further. The Qing soldiers lurking there caught him. Finally, he was sent to Li Ying in Zunyi and died by caesarean section. At this time, Liu Yishun and Qin Kuibang, who successfully broke through, were deeply saddened by the news. On September 22nd, Liu and Qin were captured and died in Chengdu.
