1. Log in to official website, Yunnan State Taxation Bureau, and click on the "Electronic Invoice" column to enter the electronic invoice issuing page.
2. Select "General VAT Invoice" or "Special VAT Invoice" on the page, and then fill in the billing information, including the buyer's name, tax number, address and telephone number.
3. After completing the form, click Next to enter the billing information confirmation page. After checking whether the information is correct, click Confirm Billing.
4. The system will automatically generate invoice code, invoice number, invoice date and other information, and generate electronic invoice files.
