I. Recruiting unit and demand plan

The public examination recruits full-time graduate students (with corresponding degrees) from ordinary colleges and universities who have not implemented employment units in 2006-2008 and enrolled students in the national plan, and shall meet the following conditions:

Third, the registration method
1. Applicants should bring their registration card, graduation certificate, original degree certificate, original ID card and photocopy (all the above documents are indispensable) to the Personnel Department of the Political Department of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court for registration (address: Yimeng Road, Linyi City 197), and bring three recent two-inch bareheaded color photos. Others may not register on their behalf.
2. Applicants should truthfully fill in the Registration Form for the Employment of Senior Professional and Technical Personnel in the Public Examination of Linyi Intermediate People's Court in 2008, sign the Commitment of Integrity in the Public Examination of Linyi Intermediate People's Court in 2008, and submit relevant personal information. The staff of Linyi Intermediate People's Court will conduct qualification examination.
3. Candidates apply for positions consistent with their majors, and each person is limited to one position; Once the registration qualification is approved by the applicant, it shall not be changed; Those who fail to register within the time limit will no longer accept the application.
4. Pay the examination fee at the same time when registering, and each person will be 70 yuan.
Fourth, the contents and methods of the examination
The examination includes written examination and interview, both of which are 100%.
The written test mainly tests candidates' writing level, policy level and ability to analyze and understand problems. After the written test results are published, the interviewers shall be determined according to the order of the positions reported from high to low and the ratio of 1: 3 in the test plan (if the ratio is less than 1: 3, the actual number of people who have participated in the written test shall prevail).
The interview adopts a structured interview method, which mainly evaluates the quality and ability of the candidates from the aspects of comprehensive analysis ability, organization and coordination ability, reaction and contingency ability, language expression ability and manners. Time is per person 15 minutes.
Those who enter the interview will pay the interview examination fee of 70 yuan.

The legal representative of the employing unit or its client shall sign an employment contract with the employed personnel, establish personnel relations and implement personnel agency.
According to the relevant regulations, the employed personnel shall implement the probation system, with a probation period of one year, which is included in the employment contract. Formal employment that has passed the probation period; Unqualified, terminate the employment contract.
