1. The minibuses mentioned in this notice refer to small and minibuses and other vehicles that need to be regulated and controlled as announced by the Municipal People's Government.

Incremental indicators must be obtained by lottery or bidding.

Four, enterprises, social organizations and other organizations and individuals need to obtain the city's passenger car configuration indicators, it should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of the application for passenger car index documents. If government agencies and institutions in this Municipality no longer add official vehicle indicators and update passenger cars, they shall apply for updating indicators in accordance with regulations.

Copy of deposit payment voucher and relevant ledger information, record and review the sales contract, and hand over the contract record materials and electronic documents after review and summary to the Municipal Bureau of Communications and Ports, the Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau and relevant notarization institutions before 2013122+07.
As of 0: 00 on February 6, 20 13 and 16, units and individuals have signed a vehicle sales contract (the owner handles the registration form for pre-signing the vehicle transfer ID card) and paid a deposit, or signed a vehicle sales contract (the owner handles the registration form for pre-signing the vehicle transfer ID card) and obtained a unified invoice for vehicle sales (the unified invoice for second-hand car sales). When applying for notarization, individuals need to provide their resident ID card, household registration book (temporary residence permit or residence permit is required for non-Tianjin household registration), vehicle sales contract (pre-signed registration form of vehicle owner's vehicle transfer ID card), deposit payment certificate or unified invoice for vehicle sales (unified invoice for used car sales) and their copies. Personal handling of related business must be handled by the owner himself, not by others.
When a legal person handles notarization, it is required to provide the business license, organization code certificate, legal representative's resident ID card, vehicle sales contract (vehicle owner's vehicle transfer ID card pre-signed registration form), deposit payment voucher or original and photocopy of vehicle sales unified invoice (used car sales unified invoice). When a legal person handles relevant business, an agent may apply, and provide the certificate of entrustment of the legal representative, the original and photocopy of the agent's resident identity card.
9. The industrial and commercial department inspected the second-hand passenger cars in the second-hand car trading market at 0: 00 on February 20 13 16 and recorded the vehicle information one by one. 10/417: 00 on October 6th, issue the registration confirmation certificate of the existing second-hand passenger car, and hand over the summary information of the existing second-hand passenger car to the Municipal Traffic and Port Bureau, the Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau and relevant notary agencies for future reference. In order to effectively alleviate traffic congestion, reduce energy consumption and improve air quality, according to the relevant provisions of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China and the requirements of the Outline of Beautiful Tianjin Construction by Tianjin Municipal Committee and Tianjin Municipal People's Government (No.201319), the Municipal People's Government decided to implement traffic management measures for motor vehicles. The notice is as follows:
1 .March1,20 14, 7: 00 to 9: 00 on weekdays, 16: 00 to 19: 00 (except legal holidays), roads within the outer ring road (excluding) are prohibited from other places.

(3) Motor vehicles of embassies, consulates and international organizations in China ("ambassador" number plate vehicles);
(four) sanitation, landscaping, road maintenance and other special operations vehicles;
(5) Funeral vehicles in funeral homes.
6. In order to facilitate people's travel, the traffic control department of the public security has changed the number plates of units, individuals and family motor vehicles in the same group and with the same number limit, and issued special passes to drivers with automatic transmission and left lower limb disability. Mainly includes the following situations:
(a) there are more than two motor vehicles under the name of an individual, and the license plate number is the same group or the same limit number;
(2) Both husband and wife have 1 or above motor vehicles under their names, and the license plate numbers are the same group or the same restricted number;
(three) belong to the same family (family members in a household register) with more than two motor vehicles, and the license plate number is the same group or the same limit;
(four) the name of the unit has more than two motor vehicles, and the license plate number is the same group or the same limit number.
