Second, registration.
(1) Registration conditions
1. Only those who meet the following conditions can apply:
(1) Abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC);
(2) Graduates from ordinary higher vocational colleges (junior colleges) and higher vocational and technical colleges in the province recruited according to the national plan; Retired soldiers who graduated from ordinary higher vocational colleges (specialties) in the province;
(3) Good moral character and physical and mental health.
2. Foreigners who have settled in our province must not only meet the above conditions, but also hold the Alien Residence Permit issued by the Provincial Public Security Department before they can register.
(two) the time, place and method of registration.
1. Registration time: March, 2020 10- 15 (8: 30 am-12: 00 pm, 2: 30 pm-6: 00 pm), and no supplementary application will be made after the deadline.
2. Registration place: Admissions Office of Gansu Agricultural University (Room 202, second floor, Jiaqing Chuangke, west of the library).
3. Registration method: Candidates who meet the registration requirements can only apply for one major in one college, and the reported major should be the same as or similar to the major studied in higher vocational (junior college) stage.
The fresh graduates will register in our school collectively by the graduation school. At the time of registration, you must provide: ① a copy of the candidate's second-generation resident ID card; 2 graduation school certificate; (3) Application Form for Higher Vocational Colleges in Gansu Province in 2020 (attachment1); (4) Three recent two-inch color bareheaded photos (name and graduate school must be indicated on the back); (5) A copy of the "Concise Registration Form for Freshmen Admission" that the candidate was admitted to the general college (higher vocational college) that year; ⑥ Registration Summary Form (paper version and electronic version) (Annex 2); ⑦ Registration examination fee is 75 yuan/person (25 yuan in each subject, 3 subjects * * *).
Retired soldiers can register collectively in the original graduation school or directly in our school. The materials required for registration are: ① a copy of my second-generation resident ID card; (2) general higher vocational (junior college) graduation certificate; (3) soldier's discharge certificate; (4) The application form for Gansu Province's higher vocational education (junior college) to undergraduate education in 2020 (attachment 1) and signed by the Provincial Department of Veterans Affairs; ⑤ Three two-inch color recent bareheaded photos; ⑥ Registration examination fee is 75 yuan/person (25 yuan in each subject, ***3 subjects).
4. Candidates should register at the Admissions Office of Gansu Agricultural University (Room 202, the second floor of Jiaqing Chuangke, west of the library) with their ID cards from 8: 30 am to12: 00 am and from 2: 30 pm to 6: 00 pm on March 25 -27, 2020.
Third, the ideological and political moral assessment.
(A) the ideological and political moral assessment is mainly to assess the actual performance of the candidates themselves.
In the candidate registration form (attachment 1), the political attitude, ideology and morality of candidates are comprehensively assessed. Candidates who have been subjected to criminal punishment, administrative punishment for public security administration or disciplinary action shall provide detailed materials such as the facts of the mistakes made, opinions on handling them, and their own understanding of the mistakes and the realistic performance of correcting them, and shall be responsible for their authenticity. (2) Candidates who fail to provide proof materials such as their understanding of mistakes and the actual performance of correcting them under any of the following circumstances shall be deemed as unqualified in the examination of ideological and political morality.

1. Candidates must take the physical examination on an empty stomach with their admission ticket and ID card (at their own expense), and those who fail the physical examination will not be admitted. The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination for Enrollment of Ordinary Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health and the China Disabled Persons' Federation.

1. Examination subjects and scoring methods: Examination subjects are divided into public courses and professional courses. The public courses are computer (science, engineering, agriculture, medicine, literature, history, finance) and English, with a perfect score of150 for each subject; Full marks for specialized courses are 200. Sixth, enrollment.
1. The admission work is organized and implemented by our school under the unified leadership of the Provincial Admissions Committee, and the admission principle of "the school is responsible and the Provincial Education Examinations Institute supervises" is implemented.
2. Admission is subject to the wishes of candidates, public courses are online, and professional courses are selected from high scores to low scores.
In order to ensure the quality of students, our school can adjust the enrollment plan between majors according to the situation of students. After adjustment, the crossed admission plan shall be submitted to the provincial education examination institute for approval.
4. Undergraduate candidates do not enjoy various care policies this year; Retired soldiers can add 20 points to the minimum control score of each major.
5. The list of pre-recorded students will be publicized by our school, and the admission will end at the end of April 2020.
6. When enrolling new students, the original graduation certificate of ordinary higher vocational colleges (specialties) shall be provided; Retired soldiers must also hold the original retirement certificate.

Tuition: 4,500 yuan/academic year for environmental engineering major and 4,300 yuan/academic year for other majors.
Accommodation fee: 900 yuan/academic year;
