4. Jiangsu Province started the function of applying for Putonghua proficiency certificate online from March 65438 to June 2020. Candidates can log on to the Jiangsu Provincial Government Service Network and apply for replacement in the column of "Online Registration of Jiangsu Provincial Putonghua Proficiency Test" in the "Jiangsu Provincial Education Department Comprehensive Service Flagship Store". The Jiangsu Provincial Putonghua Test Center will send the certificate within 5 working days (postponed on holidays) (postage will be taken care of by itself).
