Expressway, Qian Ning is an important part of "Zong Yi" (expressway, Xu Hang) and "Zongqi" (Ningjin expressway) in the planning of expressway network with four verticals and eight horizontals. The route starts from Xing Ping Village, Ningguo City, connecting Xuanning Expressway and JiNing Expressway, and ends at Qianqiuguan at the junction of Anhui and Zhejiang, connecting Ningjin Expressway, with a total length of 40.36 kilometers and 25 bridges. There are 3 interchanges (2 reserved), 1 toll station, 1 service area. The project budget is 2.928 billion yuan, and the designed driving speed is 100 km/h.
