1. The competitive negotiation document consists of six parts: competitive negotiation invitation, competitive negotiation instructions, negotiation project requirements, commercial terms, main terms of the agreement, contract format and bidding document format requirements.
2. All effective written notices, amendments and supplements made by our center are an integral part of competitive negotiation documents.
3. Interpretation of competitive negotiation documents If the bidder has any questions about the competitive negotiation documents, it must clarify them in writing to Chongqing Procurement Center three working days before the negotiation deadline, and the procurement center can handle or reply according to the specific circumstances. If the bidder does not raise any questions, it is deemed that it fully understands and agrees with this competitive negotiation document. Once entering the negotiation procedure, it is deemed that the bidder has read all the documents in detail, which is completely reasonable.
