1. All applicants must bring the following materials when confirming on site.

2. Applicants who have passed the national examination must also bring:

3. Applicants who have not participated in the national unified examination need to bring:
(1) Applicants of Normal Major
A. Original or photocopy of the examination transcripts of pedagogy and educational psychology courses (the photocopy must be stamped with the fresh seal of the archives management department);
B. Original or photocopy of the Appraisal Form of Education and Teaching Practice (the photocopy must be stamped with the fresh seal of the archives management department).
(2) Non-normal professional applicants
One original and one copy of the qualified transcripts of pedagogy and educational psychology examinations.
(3) Applicants for the qualification of internship instructors in secondary vocational schools.
Original and photocopy of the report card for passing the examination of pedagogy and educational psychology 1 copy, and original and photocopy of the technical grade certificate for workers with professional and technical positions equivalent to assistant engineer or above or intermediate level or above 1 copy.
4. Non-fresh graduates should also bring the following materials (one of three choices) when confirming on site:
(1) Applicants with household registration in Chengdu (including all districts, cities and counties under Chengdu's jurisdiction) are required to provide the original household registration book when confirming on site (returned after on-site inspection).
(2) If the household registration is not within the administrative area of Chengdu, but it is applied for recognition at the place of residence, the original valid residence permit shall be provided.
(3) Postgraduates with a bachelor's degree from Chengdu University can apply for teacher qualification with a bachelor's degree, but they must provide the original student ID card with complete registration information.
