Originally in the northwest of pujiang town, Minhang District, Pujin Sub-district Office of Minhang District was established on June 16, 2065. It was formally established on July 2. [1] Pujin Street will be set up in the area (about 23.99 square kilometers) south of Fengshou Village and Tingzi Village and west of Puxing Road in pujiang town. [2]
Pujin Street, named after Pujin Road, a north-south axial trunk road that runs through the central area of Xinjie, has far-reaching implications: "Pu" stands for Pujiang, representing the historical memory that Xinjie originated from pujiang town, recording the deep roots and regional feelings precipitated from pujiang town and the banks of Pujiang, which has lasting inheritance significance and grateful cultural connotation; "Brocade" contains good wishes and expectations for the future development of the street, such as "icing on the cake" and building a "splendid home".
East to Puxing Highway, south to Fengshou Village and Tingzi Village, west to Huangpu River and north to Pudong New Area. Pujin Street covers an area of 23.99 square kilometers and has a permanent population of 1 1.5 million. There are 17 villages and 2 1 neighborhood committees (24 neighborhood committees are planned, and 2 1 has been built [4]). There are large residential areas such as farmers' relocation and resettlement bases and Expo homes in the region. [5]
