Article 1 In order to ensure the smooth enrollment of the College and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the College and candidates, the Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the education authorities, and in combination with the actual situation of the enrollment work of our College.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the full-time undergraduate enrollment of the School of Information Engineering of Hangzhou Dianzi University in 2020.
Article 3 The enrollment work of the college strictly implements the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions authorities, and adheres to the principles of fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and the principles of comprehensive assessment, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission.
Article 4 The college enrolls students in the "sunshine project" and accepts the supervision of the majority of candidates, their parents and all aspects of society.

Chapter IV Admission
Article 14 The enrollment plan for 2020 and the plans of all provinces and majors shall be subject to the enrollment departments of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions).
Fifteenth colleges and universities will not accept candidates who fail the ideological and political moral assessment.
Article 16 For the physical health requirements of candidates, refer to the Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination of Ordinary Colleges and Universities. Article 17 English is the official foreign language of the college.

Article 19 The College recognizes the policy of the admissions authorities of all provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions) to give extra points to candidates, and after the extra points, they will be admitted according to the scores.

Twenty-first colleges should strictly implement the relevant provisions of the admissions department of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where candidates are located. Candidates from outside the province, there is no grade difference in professional volunteers, and candidates who enter the file are admitted according to the results of candidates in the way of "score priority". When the scores of the same academic level are the same, the priority should be determined by considering the scores of college entrance examination, academic level test (senior high school entrance examination) and comprehensive quality evaluation of related disciplines. When the candidates' professional volunteers are not admitted, those who obey the professional adjustment will be adjusted from high to low according to the total score of the college entrance examination, and those who do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed. Among them, candidates in Jiangsu Province require the examination subject level to be 2C and above, and the examination subject level must reach the qualified level and above (previous students required to reach 4C 1 qualified level and above). After the candidates enter the file, they are selected according to the rule of "score first, then grade". When the bidding results are the same, the subjects with higher scores will be given priority (the priority admission order is A+A+→ A+A → A+B+→ AA → A+B → AB → B+B+→ AC → B+B → B+B → B+C → BB → BC → CC). If it is still the same, it is followed by the single subject order and score.
Twenty-second schools apply for awards to outstanding students:
(1) College and School of Electronic Science and Engineering of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (National Model Microelectronics College) signed a cooperation agreement on "1+2+ 1" inter-school undergraduate training project, and selected outstanding undergraduates from our college to study in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (Chengdu) for two years. After completing all the required courses, students will get corresponding learning certificates, and the selection rules will be released separately.
(2) Candidates enrolled in Zhejiang Province in 2020 (except ACCA class of product design, CFA class of accounting and finance, and joint training class of power generation) have no failed courses and disciplinary behaviors within one semester, and they are committed to changing their major to ensure that candidates enter the ideal major, as follows:
1. Candidates with a score of 65 or above in the second line can apply for the whole school to transfer to the major within one semester after entering the school after their own application and examination by the college, so as to ensure that candidates transfer to the first volunteer major;
2. Candidates with a score of 60 or more in the second line (inclusive) can apply for the whole school to change majors within one semester after entering the school after their own application and examination by the college, so as to ensure that candidates are transferred to the top three volunteer majors.
Twenty-third art (fine arts) professional achievements, the college adopts the unified (joint) examination results of art (fine arts) in the enrollment provinces (cities), and does not organize internal examinations. Candidates with both professional and cultural achievements shall be sorted according to their overall scores, and their scores shall be uniformly delineated. Chapter V Admission Examination, Fees and Subsidies
Twenty-sixth freshmen admitted to the college should go through the admission formalities at the registration time specified by the college. Those who are unable to enroll on schedule for some reason should ask for leave in writing to the College Admissions Office before the registration deadline, and the leave period should not exceed two weeks (counting from the registration deadline for freshmen). Those who fail to ask for leave or ask for leave overdue shall be deemed to have waived their admission qualification except for justified reasons such as force majeure. After the new students enter the school, the college will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months. Article 27 All majors in the College shall be charged by the credit system, and the tuition fees shall consist of professional registration tuition fees and credit tuition fees. If there is any conflict with the articles of association, the original enrollment policy promulgated by the college shall prevail; If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the relevant policies of the state and superiors, the relevant policies of the state and superiors shall prevail.
