How to report remedial institutions

Legal analysis: Off-campus training institutions are county-level management and can report to the local education bureau. The contents of the report should be clear, such as running a school without a license, false propaganda, substandard conditions for running a school, undisclosed fees, teachers without teacher qualification certificates, and paid remedial classes for in-service teachers. These basically belong to the supervision of the education department. The complaint points should be clear. For example, the key to charging is whether the charging standard is publicized (just like when you go to a restaurant to eat, the price must be attached to the menu, not how much you charge after eating), not how much you charge. If it is not publicized, it is illegal. It would be nice to promote it. Another example is "said a lot of fake news." Don't report unless it is a written promise in the contract. Even if a lawsuit is filed, it will not win, because the burden of proof lies with the plaintiff.

Legal basis: Article 130 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Minors: (1) Units in close contact with minors refer to educational institutions such as schools and kindergartens; Off-campus training institutions; Minor rescue and protection institutions, child welfare institutions and other minor resettlement and rescue institutions; Infant care service institutions and early education service institutions; Off-campus trusteeship and temporary foster care institutions; Domestic service agencies; Medical institutions that provide medical services for minors; Other enterprises, institutions and social organizations responsible for the education, training, guardianship, rescue, nursing and medical treatment of minors. (2) Schools refer to ordinary primary and secondary schools, special education schools, secondary vocational schools and specialized schools. (3) Student bullying refers to the behavior that occurs between students, and one party intentionally or maliciously bullies and insults through physical means, language, internet, etc., causing personal injury, property loss or mental damage to the other party.
